Perfect fit!
When you wash it for the first time wash it alone! It colored my other stuff. But other than that is is GREAT. I love the material. So soft. And perfect fit for my 12” mattress

I bought a fitted sheet and received a flat sheet. The packaging said it was a fitted sheet, but it was not. I like the sheet enough to keep it but wanted to let people know it may not be the correct item in the package as described.
