We love the softness of this blanket on both sides. we bought it for our elderly cat and she happily makes biscuits on it for hours. FYI- elderly cats prefer the %234 heat setting. Also love that you can change the run time for heat. Minnie lives a 4 hour heating on the %234 setting (%235 if she's feeling sassy)

Super soft material, could be used just as a blanket but the heating element in it is a super plus. Warms up quickly. Even with alternative power sources. I use this with the Home Depot Ryobi dc to ac power inverter which lasts for 3 hours, on level 3, to lazy to get on my knees to plug things in.

This electric throw is the best!! 😊 It is so soft and warm!! I absolutely love the colors and patrern too!! I use it every night in thr winter!! ❄️ Its controller is super easy to use!! I really liked this blanket. Very warm. I liked it up until my dog ate it. Apparently it tasted better than her toys or dog food. So that's a 10 on me liking it's warmth and a 10 on my dog liking it's taste.

The only reason I'm giving 4/5 stars is because the blanket had a very strong chemical type smell. It was worse when I turned the heat all the way up i let it sit outside for several hours and that did help. I used it for the semi feral kittens when we had some winter weather and very cold temperatures. No so far since I washed it. It says you can dry it on low/no heat but I let it dry outside.

unit is very confortable great material heating element works good lacking more elements near edges wire from control is very short going to blanket means that controler is not in line with line of sight but half way down middle of bed that was my biggest complaint

The blanket itself is ok. The "heated" aspect, not so much. Mine heated really well in a couple of spots, not at all in the rest. It started smelling like it was burning, did burn through in 2 spots, then wouldn't turn on. I paid $40, received it Nov 4th, and it stopped working within 2-3 weeks. Of course I don't have the packaging to return it, so I guess I'm just out of luck.

The title is wrong. I was under the assumption 10 hours was the auto-shutoff because it says so in the title and even the blankets remote goes up to 10 hours. In the detailed description of this blanket, it says 8-hour auto-shutoff... This being the case, it wakes me up and the remote is flashing lights with 3 hours remaining on the remote screen. That's just trash. At least change the tittle and don't try to trick people showing a 9 and 10 hour setting when it will only last 8 hours anyway.

This is very low quality, flimsy material. You can feel all the hard wires - which is very uncomfortable. The electrical casing is not sewn in the pocket area. Only small areas of the blanket heat up - barely. Sadly, this is the worst heated blanket I have ever purchased.

After having three heated throws and using them for about 3 months we noticed that on 2 blankets the wires were burning through the material. A huge fire hazard!!! Be extremely careful.
