Element 43" Class 4K UHD (2160p) LED Smart Xumo TV E550AC43C

I was a bit apprehensive about this TV when I saw the price. thanks to another review I saw I decided to go ahead and pull the trigger. I couldn't be happier with this TV it's actually used for my PlayStation 5 because I prefer TV so my gaming over monitors. this TV has a great picture pretty good sound and it's just a great TV if you're on the fence just do it. don't let the price stop you.

I am very disappointed in how this tv came to me broken. I've reached out to customer service and they said that I would get an email within 48 hours telling me how to return it as I tore up the packaging prior to testing the tv and that a company would be reaching out to me to pick it up. I've heard nothing since then and it's been 5 days. I am unsatisfied with the customer service I've received and I can't believe they sold me a broken tv or maybe it got broken during shipping, I don't know but I do know that I've now paid for a tv that does me no good. I hope they see this and it motivates them to make it right!!

First off I like the actual tv , What do not like is that xumo wants me to activate the tv to use it. What no one told me was activation fee is a onetime $29.95 activation charge, and then the smart features would be active. Then the standard activation would last me 5 years and I would have to do it all over again minus the activation fee. But there is also a life time activation price , I cut the man off before I heard the price. I said so I just paid 118.00 for a tv ad you want me to pay you to use it. He said they all do it now , I said I would hook up a fire stick and he said it would never work right, and then he hung up on me. ( so rude). So now I am contemplating whether or not I am going to return it to Walmart, or see if the fire stick will work, It did work hooking up to hdmi1, So good luck and you have been warned this is an honest review. The picture quality is excellent with the fire stick so I am still debating on returning it, I am using in our home gym and not watching all the time .

The only positive thing I can say about this TV is, that Walmart.com got it to my door quickly and the shipping was free. The TV itself is garbage. i am tempted to take it down and toss it in the dump, even though I paid good money for it. The "smart" part of the TV is not very smart at all. We have tried to stream hulu on it and the live TV video is IMMEDIATELY behind the audio. it startes out that way and has only gotten worse. Now, it gets so far behind that it freezes after about 5 mins, but it is a minute or more behind the audio about 3 minutes after we begin streaming. Youtube and other streaming services are better, but Hulu is a disaster. we have had to resort to using our Roku in the HDMI, just to watch live TV. DO NOT waste your money, buy a better tv and spend the money.

The sound keeps cutting out every 3 to 4 minutes for a period of about 1 second. It's super frustrating! The picture looks great but the audio is terrible due to this. I'm going to return it and exchange it for a different one.

Could not activate TV. Would not load QR code for activation. Factory reset it 6-7 times even reset my wifi router and tried doing it with my hotspot all with the same screen saying something is wrong with my tv and to call customer support. I called the number displayed on the screen 3 times which said it was for Hisense products and called the number I found in the booklet and was put on a callback list and was never called back. I will be returning it!

Don't buy it, the instructions are incomplete, and you have to pay to get help from their company. I have already wasted a day with them with not end in sight.

The tv is mostly a good tv for price. If it shows up correctly. we got it just 2 hours ago. set it up and this is our screen. Hopefully it will be an easy swap.

The audio keeps cutting out at random intervals when on any HDMI input, it's unbearable and I will be returning the TV. Not recommended at all if you want to plug anything into it.

I will be returning the tv on Tuesday. I could never get it to activate so I could use the apps. I chatted with Xumo for well over 2 hours with no results. I called Element customer support which stated that it wasn't on there end but Xumo. This is why it will be returned.
