ELEMIS Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm 3.5 oz

I’m obsessed with this balm. Paired with my Clarisonic which I haven’t used in years so feel like my face is so squeaky clean. I use other Elemis night creams and serums that makes my face feel so moisturized. I love this product so much

I have been using the cleansing balms for about two years, and I alternate between the original, rose, and fig. I order directly from the site because it comes in perfect condition. When I opened the jar, it was still perfectly smooth across the top. I do like the big size, this was my first time getting it, and it does make sense now that I know I will use every bit of it until I move on to a new jar. Highly recommend the cleansing balms but specifically this original one in whatever size you want. I did start with the travel size to make sure I liked it and was immediately converted from my old cleansers.

I had a travel size which I really loved, the texture felt wonderful on my skin and was great at removing my eye makeup. I recently bought a larger size and I wouldn't class this as a balm but more of a cream cleanser, the scent isn't as nice and I am disappointed with it, not sure why this is different.

They sent me a used product and I reached out to them to make it right and still haven’t heard back. The package was opened the seal that goes on top of the product was gone and half of it was used. The customer service is terrible.
