The Elemis Pro-Collagen Makeup Melting Cleansing Balm that was gifted by Elemis. It is a rich balm that melts into an oil when massaged into my skin, and turns into a hydrating milk with water. It removes my makeup, daily dirt, and pollutants, while also working as a deep-cleansing facial mask. It is suitable for all skin types, it helps my dryness, and dullness skin, it leaves my skin soft, clean, and refreshed.

Very different to my usual soapy cleanser, but what a lovely surprise. Skin feels hydrated, soft and clean to sum it up. Really enjoy using this and will be purchasing a full size when finished.

Love this balm and have purchased many times in past. But the last purchase it came not completely full by a lot. Worried their quality control is slipping. Super frustrating since it's quite expensive. Considering not continuing to purchase even though the product itself is lovely and great for my sensitive skin.

When I received it, 1/4 of bottle was empty.

I love the balm, however mine was half full. I've emailed the company three times asking if this is normal , however , I've gotten no response from all three emails . Very disappointed
