Oh my goodness, this thing is amazing. The color fabulous can't get past that at all. I love it everywhere. I go believe it or not. I get compliments on my scooter. And i've been using this thing longer than expected, because multiple surgeries, and it's absolutely great.
There was only one problem with this - it was missing one of the gaskets when we unwrapped it. So we had to improvise with one we had on hand. This replacement gasket doesn't work as good but helps a bit. Other than the missing gasket, I absolutely love this thing. I can zoom around on it faster than walking and certainly way faster than in my wheelchair. You have to be really careful about hitting small items like small pebbles and things that might be on your floors because it will THROW you over the handlebars where you'll land on the floor on your face, OUCH!!! That hasn't yet happened to me however, it is definite possibility if you're not careful.
I broke my foot. Crutches were a nightmare. A friend told me about this knee scooter, what a game changer! I could get around everywhere. Even to stores.
the cushion is for knee is not thick enough. and the breaks were a learning curve. be careful when you first start using and add a pillow for your knee
This knee scooter rolls smoothly and may be a little too fast for some users. The main problem was the kneeling pad which was hard and uncomfortable, to the point we had to return it and find a replacement. The main reasons it gets two stars instead of one are the handy tote on the front and the handle adjustability.
This scooter is very squeaky, and the seat is slanted to the right a bit. The handle bars wobble back and forth as well. I was able to quiet the squeaking down by oiling it up a good bit though.
This scooter in a death trap if you try to use on any surface that is not totally flat. If you hit a bump or a crack or even tiny hole the wheels will lock and the bars will twist and literally throw you to the ground. You will lose your balance and will prob have to put your weight on your bad leg to save yourself. Totally unsafe !!!!
I didn't realize that there is a height difference on the height of the knee rest and this product isn't for someone 5'2". The knee rest is hard as a rock. Extremely uncomfortable and the frame is heavy.
Do NOT buy this item. They have TERRIBLE customer service because they do not have anyway to contact them. I have tried everything and they do not exist.
It was the worst thing I've ever bought. Instead of using clamps you need to use screws. I flipped several times off this scooter . It cause more damage than good.
