[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the OG putty primer and I'm more than halfway done with it. So this is a great new option as I'm also a vitamin C lover. Vit C had so many skincare benefits as it goes well with sunscreen, brighten skin, prevents aging, brings luminosity to the skin, etc. so I'm very happy to see this putty primer infused with Vit c. Will be switching to this version of putty primer now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Elf C-Bright Putty Primer is a flanker of their popular product, the Putty Primer. The Elf C-Bright Putty Primer claims to brighten and even out the skin with 2% Vitamin C. This primer states that it grips the makeup to provide a long-lasting wear. I am a fan of primers that are created to "grip" the makeup because I don't like to touch up makeup throughout the day. Personally, I have normal to dry skin, so I was excited to try out this product. Upon first application, I warmed the putty primer in my hands before patting it into my face. After patting the primer into my skin, I let it set for a minute. Then, I applied my favorite skin tint and continued with my normal makeup routine. At the end of the day, my makeup looked flawless. I didn't get shiny/greasy or have to touch up. I felt like makeup application was flawless, and all my products glided on smoothly. I didn't experience any irritation or breakouts. This product also doesn't have a scent, which I think is perfect for people with sensitive skin. I honestly love Elf products, and I believe that this product would be perfect for all skin-types—normal, dry, combo, oily. I loved using this product, the Elf C-Bright Putty Primer, and I would highly recommend this product to my family and friends.

Even though it has a creamy consistency, it actually applies more watery when you put it on the face and it is super hydrating. At first I was worried by the orange coloring as it contains Vitamin C that helps brighten the skin, but it does not affect your foundation or makeup in any way. I love how i was able to notice my makeup being more long lasting the first time I tried this product and it also helps smooths out my skin texture. For the price, you cant find anything better!!

I love this stuff! I use it daily it makes my skin feel so smooth and dewy! I use the peptid stick also from ELF. Evens skin tone and feel with regular use!

The summers here in Charlotte are hot and humid. I have always had problems with dark circles under my eyes. Before using this primer, under eye concealer would melt off if I spent a lot of time outside. When I use this primer, my concealer lasts all day. I highly recommend this primer.

I have found that it this product did a great job hiding minor blemishes but I really loved how dewy and supple it made my skin feel. This new product is also more of a velvet formula so it's designed to grip your makeup and help It to stay in place all day!

I do like how silky this product is and I do feel like there is a tint of brightening to the product. There is a slight fragrance to it but it is not over bearing if anything you do not smell it at all once it's on. For the price point I would definitely recommend this to anyone who's willing to try it.

I love how this primer glides on my skin. It brightens me while setting my pores up for makeup, even on long work days. I have to be on top of my skincare routine, especially in terms of preventative acne care, because this primer slowly breaks me out. I experience this mainly on my cheeks, but also on my forehead and a bit on my chin. I have to take extra care to double cleanse to minimize the acne. I've always dealt with acne, but I've maintained breakouts to be one or two pimples for the past two years. I have a love/hate relationship because my skin will look good at the moment. But I have to deal with my clogged pores after.

It felt really nice on my skin but sadly no matter what foundation I tried over top it would get patchy in places or completely separate and pill up. I tried with different foundations and moisturizers and couldn't seem to get it to lay properly underneath.
