e.l.f. No Budge Retractable Eyeliner, Black 81330, Washable, 0.006 oz

I bought this product so many times. It is definitely a favor in my household. I love the deep rich color. There's no smearing. There's no sharpening. And it's so easy going on.

I use this almost everyday. I love it so much it lasts all day and even after working it is still intact. I have used many eyeliners in the past with them usually smudging a lot after but this one has minimal smudging. Highly recommend this eyeliner. I also get sensitive eyes and skin and this doesn't upset them at all.

I wound up trying most of elf eyeliners..so Pros and Cons Pro: easy to put on, goes on smooth, and lasts all day Pro: it's smooth and creamy more like a crayon than a pencil Pro: retracts nice and easy so easy to travel with Con: thick more like a pencil than liquid. Overall it's an in between of the pencil and liquid so you can get it too fine I'm wearing the charcoal in the picture.

This was the first time I'd tried an eyeliner. This product was easy to open and apply. The eyeliner is retractable, so it's easy to keep your eyeliner shape fresh. I tested the eyeliner before my initial wearand i'm glad I did. The eyeliner applies evenly. It was a bit stiff and waxy since it was new. I was able to apply it without any real issue. But a few minutes after applying it, my eyelid began to tingle and feel itchy. It turns out I had a reaction to the eyeliner. I wore it for a few hours, and by the time I removed the liner, I noticed my eyelid had swollen a bit. I don't know if it was a reaction to something in the eyeliner itself or if it was a sensitivity to the waterproof element.

It's my new favorite liner. It does smudge if you forget you have makeup on and rub your eyes hard enough. Some people experience smudging on the corners, and I do too, but only if I apply a super thick layer. It doesn't take much so if you have a nice light hand, this goes a long way. The picture is after 14+ hrs of wear on a busy working momma of 3.

This eye liner goes on easy and does not smudge easily. I like the dark brown color for everyday wear. It's easy to remove with micellar water.

its not BAD but its not the best. its also not TOO dark but its good enough for me. It can smudge, but i would just put black eyeshadow over it to intensify and set the eyeliner. Id expect this product to start running and giving you raccoon eyes at the end of the day if you dont set it though. the picture i included (with the smudging) was just lightly brushing the swatch with my finger back and forth after i applied it. its design is adorable and pretty though!

This brown eyeliner doesn't apply as smoothly as the same eyeliner in black. I don't understand why that is, but it is frustrating. It takes more time and force to apply since it isn't slick and smooth with application. The color is nice, but the eyeliner fades well before the end of the day and begins to smear a bit too. The black version of this same eyeliner is great! Not sure why this one is so different.

Came in pieces, a very small amount. Not worth the money!

Smudges and transfers very easily to my lower eyelid. Color also disappears over time (photo showing after 2 hours of wear)
