[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The color is pretty, the packaging makes the product visabke which is nice. It doesnt have a smell to it at all. It lays down super tacky which is what you want for your makeup to sit on. It seems like it will last for the time i need it to.

This product does exactly what it says it does. I will definitely repurchase. I can even use it on my mature skin. Elf products always continue to amaze me, especially for the price point.

this is the best primer ever it works like the normal power grip but it helps more mat instead of dewy or clean makeup my makeup looks so flawless n smooth

I really wanted to love this, but there was one thing that was a total deal breaker and I had to stop using it! So, I tried this primer for about a week with my NYX can’t stop won’t stop foundation. Completely fell in love with it! It applied very nicely and my skin looked smooth every time I do my makeup. Also, It did amazing controlling my oils, and at the same time, hydrated my skin. However, one day when the hot weather came and temperature went up, I was sweating. Thinking that my makeup was secure and no sweat or water could ruin this makeup, but boy was I wrong! I looked in the mirror and a bunch of white stream marks were on my face! I went to get a tissue to pat dry, but it lifted my makeup and patches of the foundation came off with it! Now, I think because the primer is water-based and my foundation is silicone-based, that they were not compatible. I’ve tested it a couple more times but this time just with water and it definitely left wet marks on my face and it did the same problem. I’m so sad it didn’t work for me.

This stuff really works! Last a good 6 hrs before I see any shine break thru on my nose area. Definitely recommend!

I was so happy to get a full size because I was running out. It has a sticky gel consistency that doesn't take long to fully dry down and become tacky before makeup application. Once it set,s it grips foundation really well and helps my makeup last longer throughout the day. I do notice that if I use too much or apply it over heavy skincare, it can pill a little, so a light layer works best! It gives a slightly dewy finish and wears comfortably without feeling heavy, making my makeup look smoother and stay in place better,.iCKY
