It works great and is easy to clean with the detachable blade assembly. The finish looks great and it feels exceptionally well build.

I use immersion hand blenders a lot to make a smooth soup because it saves a lot of time and dishes when you do not have to transfer to a regular blender. This one works very well. I use the highest setting for blending soup and it does it fast and efficiently. Like most hand blenders, you have to keep the button pressed for it to keep working, so you want it to work fast! This one does. It is light and easy to hold on to. The bottom blade part pops off for cleaning. I wash it right after using it and it comes clean very easily. I would recommend it.

The head is also dishwasher safe which is nice. It only has two speeds, but I think that is enough for nearly everything. It's incredibly easy to use and doesn't take up too much space. Highly recommend!

My wife uses it all of the time to make healthy soups, either cold like vichyssoise or parsnip soup from fresh vegetables. I use it for the less-healthy use of mixed frosty drinks like margaritas. Either way it is a breeze to use. No lugging our of a heavy blender that then has to be washed. The detachable blades on this hand blender go right into the sink to rinse off or into the dishwasher. So convenient.

I love the fact that this is a small blender and does not take up much space. I use the hand blender to make bbq sauces or salsas. Also when thanks giving comes around I use this to make my pumpkin pie filling.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this every day for the past week to mix up my protein shakes. It really does the job whipping it up. I have also used it for scrambled eggs and to make some salsa. It is very easy to take apart and clean, and the attachments are dishwasher safe.m, although I put them on the top shelf. It packs a lot of power for a little blender, but don't expect to whip up large quantities. It fits very nicely in mine and my wife's hands, but doesn't feel like the most sturdy blender I have used.

It's a good looking blender, and it feels solid and not cheap without being too heavy. When it's assembled it's a tad large which isn't a huge deal, but it is a product designed to be more convenient than a traditional blender.
