GREAT PRODUCT - GREAT PTICE - FAST SHIPPING -
These were pretty good strings the last time I bought them. Bright ringing tone. Less sensitive to tuning irregularities. I think good strings are one of the most important things for guitars. Put good strings on a $200 guitar and it will sound like a $1k instrument. And the converse is true, too. If you have a luxury instrument and have bad or dead strings it's gonna sound like crap…..
Elixirs are the only strings I use anymore. If I wipe them down after playing they sound great for a year or longer.
Shipping was average, but product is great. I order mine to go on my brand new Martin and the trick is for it to never fall off is to put it on there when you get it and never take it off then will never give you problems. It is a great product. I recommended five out of five stars.
Elixir strings maintain their tone quality for months. Well worth the premium over non coated strings. I have been using them for over 20 years on all my acoustic instruments.
Bought these for my husband. He has used this brand for years and thought he would try the light strings for a change but prefers the medium strings. He said these strings don't have as rich a sound as the medium.
These are Known to the best strings around they last allot longer then most other string because of the wrapping you can go wrong with Elixirs
Elixir strings are all I put on my guitars. I have tried many over the years and always come back to these strings. Great sound.
Good strings and hold a rich tone. Holds tune.
really nice strings, kept tone for a long long time
