Easy to Use
Purchased to stretch toe box width of US size 9 woman's leather pumps. Description uses European measurement, just slightly large for US size. Good construction but not high quality wood, easy to use. Stretched shoes overnight. Reasonable for price.

poor quality construction
the wood has splinters that would damage shoe fabric, the two pieces of wood is cut very unevenly one side is larger and angled in a bad way, one stretchers shape is different than the other so its not intentionally cut like that but rather due to poor cutting, the toebox wasnt able to stretch wide enough for my mens shoe size 10

No response no satisfaction
One of the items broke and I contacted them and they said they would replace it and never did then the stop responding to my emails. Very disappointing!

False advertising
Didn't do anything . Sneakers still aren't wide enough. Also sneakers I ordered were extra wide for diabetics and weren't.
