Being handicapped, it provides the assistance I need in putting my shoes on. I cannot bend over to do so, and therefore it helps in getting my foot comfortably inside my shoe! And I like the option of extending the length of the shoe spoon in case I need it!!

Two cost much less per than one and they are well worth it. If you have any problem putting on shoes, this is the answer! Sturdy.

This is a great product. Slide it into your shoe and your foot slides right in. You do not have to bend over to adjust the shoe when sliding your foot in. Fantastic and it extends so you do not have to reach to put the shoe horn in to the shoe. Love it. Especially when so difficult to bend with hip problem.

I'm getting older and this thing works great for me never had to bend all the way down to my shoes. Made it very easy to put my shoes on even my wore out shoes that I like to walk around then but are not as sturdy around the edges as my newest shoes.

It works but it doesn't twist to lock. It extends to full length when pulling it up. I cannot make it lock in the mid length position no matter what I do.

I received my shoe horn about two weeks ago and I must say it's perfect. I love the fact that it can be used in different heights. I mean I can stand and not have to break my back trying to put my shoes on. I love how it's has a spring to help get into the back of your shoe. It's made very well.

This shoe horn is super handy for those who can't bend down easily or have back problems. There's minimal bending down required, especially with the expanding handle, and the spring that bends the horn easily when inserting your foot in the shoe. The grip on the handle is soft and smooth, and the handle extends to 3 different lengths, with the ability to lock in place. The only issue I had with the shoe horn was with the locking. It comes with very minimal instructions, not that I really needed it other than to figure out the locking, but by trial and error, I noticed the pop up locks and figured it out. I quickly noticed that at the two expandable positions, however, any little force and the handle easily begins to collapse despite being “locked.” If the locking were stronger, this shoe horn would be perfect. Other than that, it worked very well for me. This is so much easier than bending down and trying to stick my finger in the back of my shoe to straighten out the heel. Also, the quality of the shoe horn is great. You can tell that it's made of good durable material for long lasting use.

The horn has two extra extension options. It can reach closer or further. When extending you twist and lock on the length you want. It is easy to change the length too. The handle is good, and the part that goes in the shoe is firm. Now the neck is a little flimsy so not much pressure can be applied. But my elderly dad liked and it will serve me also when my back hurts. Over all it is a good buy.

well this is the second one I've attempted to buy that was retractable the first one did not have a locking mechanism on it and this one did.. however once you lock out the mechanism on this one and apply enough force it breaks the lock meaning it snaps out of the lock and then retracts back down to the normal size which does you absolutely no good when you need it to stay locked out fully extended
