Very hard to put screws in, directions were zero help, took a long time to assemble each item because of screws, color true to descriptions, back pillow abit thin for weave material, nice once set up, probably wouldn't buy this again
Great set for the money! Very comfy and enough room for extra pillows. Assembly was straightforward, definitely going to want someone to stabilize a few of the larger pieces while putting this together, but could be done solo if needed. Definitely recommend.
The items can ne unassembled and well packaged and labled with letter stickers. This made it easier to organize and assemble. Assembly was rasy with cordless screwdriver with attachment, although hand allen wrenches were included. They assembled easily, and we totally love that we can store the ottomans under each chair for increased aisle clearance in walkway on our small patio porch.
Good looking a.very functional. It took about 2 hours to assemble alone but the pictures for assembly were helpful. And the screws and fittings were precise. Great value. Would buy again. Also bought the 4 year protection package just in case.😊
These are great chairs for the price - they look good , but I have concerns about heavy set people sitting in them. Also a pain to put together. Instructions are not great. I had left over screws and had some difficulty with connecting pieces together - they seemed damaged or bent.
Pretty easy assembly, looks great, feels great. One screw did not want to go into place and I had to muscle it in. Took about 2.5 hours to do with just me.
Tedious to put together but instructions were clear. It is on the small size so would fit smaller people better. Cushions are nice but not waterproof and take a while to dry out, even from overnight dew. Best on a porch or covered space.
Furniture is beautiful and sturdy. However, the assembly was the worst I've ever experienced. Comes with o e little Alan Wrench that doesn't fit and the instructions are very limited. The pieces were not labeled and I had to go to the hardware store to find a tool that fit. It took me two painful days to put this set together. And although they look great, I would never order anything like this again because it was just such a terrible to assemble.
One of the chairs is fine and I'm able to use. The other chair cannot be assembled. two sides do not go with the chair. I had professional assembly person doing the work. Now I have to figure out how to get missing pieces or return it
Been fighting this company since November. Chair came without a back Can't use but return to Walmart not an option. Have to deal with third party company who only allows you to send message. No response or refund. Don't buy from this brand or Walmart third party on Walmart.com. No recourse and out $200. Better return results with Amazon
