Love this patio umbrella! Easy to assemble, quality fabric , effective shade coverage . It cranks up and down smoothly. I like the attached wrap ties .

BEAUTIFUL UMBRELLA AND LOOKS VERY WELL MADE !!! BOUGHT THE 13' LIGHTED DARK RED AND IT FITS THE AREA WE HAVE FOR IT PERFECTLY !! OH AND BTW IT RAINED THE OTHER DAY AND ITS WATERPROOF !!

I was a bit hesitant when it arrived in the box everything including the arms piece by piece had to be assembled. The fabric was a bit thin, but I live in an area where it can be windy and breezy and it's held up just fine and it provides great shade. I would recommend this product.

The reason for the four star instead of five is the 13’ x 6’ does not have air gussets allowing air to move. It concerns me because of the air flow factor during windy days which I will definitely need to lower the umbrella.

The center pole, when inserted into the base, doesn't go in all the way. It's about 5" from the bottom and won't go down any farther. There is no way to attach the bottom gasket because the bolt they provided is only 2" long. Very upsetting and I don't want to force it and potentially break something!

i ordered this product which was supposed tobe here in 3 days and it never showed up. I emailed the company with no response in 7 days so I then called and they promised they would reorder it and it would be here in a few days that they were going to expedite it. Again it never showed up so I called again because tracking said it went to Texas for the second time. The money had already came out if my bank account. So i called again and they promised me that they would refund my money within 5 - 10 days . I waited 15 days and I never received my refund so I called them again and again they promised they would expedite my refund so I waited another 5 days and still no refund. I wound up having to go to my bank and file a claim to get my money back. But I had to deal with this for 3 months. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!!

I cannot put this thing together I've been trying for 2 hours arguing with AI I have no clue how to do it I don't know if I'm missing parts or not and the instructions says just to snap it together and put it up which isn't true they gave me six ribs that I need to attach to part of the umbrella but there is nowhere to attach them to then it says I should have a wire but I don't have a wire it didn't come with any parts I'm very upset I'm very frustrated and it takes a lot to get me this way I want to send it back

I ordered 6 of these umbrellas and received six, however they had run out of the color I ordered so 3 of them were replaced with a different color. They did not notify me or ask if I wanted a different color, it was a surprise when I opened the boxes! Obviously, I did not want non-matching umbrellas. The only good thing was that the return process was fairly easy.

This item looks great but when I open it there was a rip on top .I repackaged it right away .and sent back on the same day .have not heard anything yet for my refund

Not really a 9 foot umbrella… 7.5 foot with end extenders. Hmmm. We returned them. Not sure they would hold up in wind. Maybe fine for no breeze, but we always have breeze.
