These are very,very nice pictures frames. I will definitely purchase again. I used these frames for diamond art picture 's and they look great in the frames. They are not real glass but you would not even notice unless you touch it. So happy with this purchase!!

I bought a 16x24 poster frame with a 12x18 mat for my poster that is 13x19 and I really needed one with a mat because the poster is autographed. The one I got in the mail says on the box the listed measurements but the frames I have measure around 18x26 and a 14x20 mat. Just sucks cause the frames are really high quality but not the correct ones.

All there frames of the picture frames were broke when they arrived

The frames have a nice appearance. The pins to hold the back in place do not stay in place. Two of the frames arrived broken. If they were not broken, I'd likely give 5 stars for this product.

Two of the three frames plexiglass were broken.. Not happy at all. What do I do now? Take them in to Walmart? And hope for better?

it has really thin plexiglass instead of glass, all 2 of the frames the plexiglass are broken cant even hide the cracks because pieces fell apart.

Although packing was goof when I opened the frames one of the backs of the frames was broken and one of the glass

All 3 frames were broken in the very thin plastic frame part. The frame doesn't support the weight of the “glass” area and bows when it is hung. Not worth the money.
