EltaMD UV AOX Elements Tinted Mineral Face Sunscreen Lotion, Tinted Sunscreen for Face SPF 50 with Antioxidants, 1.7 oz Pump

This was suggested by my dermatologist because I do a lot of driving. I've had IPL on my hands and in order to keep them looking good she suggested I use this sunscreen. I'm absolutely amazed at how smooth and silky this is. It's almost invisible and it doesn't leave color on your clothes or anything else.

I recently tried the EltaMD UV AOX Elements Tinted Face Sunscreen SPF 50, and I'm really impressed. The formula is lightweight and blends easily without leaving a greasy feeling. I like that it provides broad-spectrum protection and contains antioxidants, which is great for photoaging defense. The tinted finish is subtle and evens out my skin tone without looking heavy. It's water-resistant for 40 minutes, which is perfect for outdoor activities. I also appreciate that it has 100% mineral actives with transparent zinc oxide. Overall, it feels gentle on my skin and works well for everyday use. Highly recommend for daily sun protection!

I've recently had surgery on a couple skin cancer spots on my face. A friend told me about your product and I now wear the tinted sunscreen instead of foundation. I love it! I still get a bit of color and can feel good about being protected all day long!

My dry skin is prone to dark spots and I specifically bought this tinted one for that reason. It's been a month or so already since using this and I really love it. It blends well and keeps my face moisturize..More than anything else, it keeps the dark spots away.

I have tried many tinted sunscreens. As a light/med neutral skinned person, its always difficult to find a decent match. This does give you a glowy tan, if that makes sense, as it is a more orange tint. It usually evens out my skin tone, and, with the help of color corrector and powder, works like a foundation for me. To get the correct spf I use a pump and a half for my face and neck. Apparently more is better, and since I only use this on days I work, it lasts me a couple of months. I use one pump to reapply after 3 hours. Also, not sure if its this or a combination of my skincare and sunscreen but my melasma is slowly starting to fade.

Great for when you don't want to wear makeup!! It is on the thicker side and doesn't come off super easy but that's what I love about it! Great for outdoor and pool/beach time! Makes my skin look flawless without foundation! This is definitely my go to for summer

I really like it! It feels really good on my skin but I do feel a bit dry after a few hours of wear if I don't use a moisturizer on top. It is great as a foundation and sunscreen and I do feel like it's lightweight for what it is! Overall happy with the product. I'm not one that likes a foundation on my skin but I think this is a good happy medium.

I love the UV clear product and have been using it for years. I saw this product was more geared toward photo-aged skin with possible help at keeping age spots at bay. Unfortunately, this product does not work for me -literally or figuratively. It is so very thick - it does not glide on like my UV clear product. It is thick and I need to use a primer or else it feels like I'm pulling at my face. It also leaves that white sort of mineral undertone that makes one's face look pale. It does stay on all day, though, and gives great coverage and protection. However, I won't be buying it again. It seems like it might be a good 'sport' option b/c I don't think it's coming off.

Upon learning that the Elta MD elements formula was being updated to or replaced by the AOX formula I ordered two years' worth. I'm nearing the end of my supply and thought I'd give the AOX a shot. Yuck. It's way too pasty. The old formula was perfect in color and consistency. I've worn it as foundation for years and years. I'm so disappointed. I've read countless similar negative reviews over the years. When you've got a great thing going why mess with it?!

This product is not the same color or texture as it has been in the past. It is thicker, chalkier, and a weird beige color. I will use it on my arms until it is gone and not purchase again. It's a disappointment as I have used it for several years before this.
