I received this tablet as a gift not knowing anything about tablets. I love the touch screen and the keyboard is easy to use. The screen is bright and crisp. I would have loved a manual but the Customer Care # answers quickly. A great tablet to learn on!

I recently purchased this 2-in-1 from Frys. This is a good product for affordable price The Ematic tablet sports a keyboard and case, so one wouldn't need to buy anything outside to protect the tablet. I was concerned about the limited RAM memory of this device, but it is acceptably speedy.

I've had this for 6 months now. Did the upgrade to Win 10 right after I got it. A couple weeks ago the OS got corrupted or storage hiccuped or something. I was no longer able to log in and it was a doorstop. After some digging I found that if you hold down the power button and the entire volume control button for three seconds or more, and then hit the windows button on a usb-connected keyboard, it will boot from a recovery partition - even after having done the upgrade from Win 8 to 10. I lost everything stored on it but got it back to running Windows 10 from being a brick.

It would not run Microsoft store or install any apps

it turn on, i can't set up email. i get on store . i dont like it

it didn't come with a nouse dont hold a charge

Both of the tablets we received would not work. One of them after getting through setting it up it just had a blue screen and the other one had a error code and message that part of the software was missing it corrupt. We literally took them out of the box and charged them for the full 6 hours like the booklet stated and they didnt work! Would definitely not recommend this!

It don't come on

If this tablet was a person, its own mother wouldn't even love it. The Wi-Fi is terrible, touch screen isn't precise even with a stylus, extremely slow, power/lock button only works half the time, takes multiple tries to turn back on after a shut down, ignores preferences that I set, etc. I CAN'T EVEN PLAY SOLITAIRE WITHOUT IT CAUSING ME RAGE. I couldn't even use it to write this review. Will make a good coaster. At least my cats like to sleep on it.
