It was easy to setup and a big improvement to the 7" NAXA that I had been using. Specially like the foldout stand. I wish I had been told that a 64GB microSD would work - I had one on the NAXA. Minor gripe - a green tag was stuck to the upper left corner of the screen bezel. The adhesive was very difficult to remove with Glue Gone..

I received this tablet as a gift not knowing anything about tablets. I love the touch screen and the keyboard is easy to use. The screen is bright and crisp. I would have loved a manual but the Customer Care # answers quickly. A great tablet to learn on!

I've had this for 6 months now. Did the upgrade to Win 10 right after I got it. A couple weeks ago the OS got corrupted or storage hiccuped or something. I was no longer able to log in and it was a doorstop. After some digging I found that if you hold down the power button and the entire volume control button for three seconds or more, and then hit the windows button on a usb-connected keyboard, it will boot from a recovery partition - even after having done the upgrade from Win 8 to 10. I lost everything stored on it but got it back to running Windows 10 from being a brick.

It would not run Microsoft store or install any apps

it turn on, i can't set up email. i get on store . i dont like it

it didn't come with a nouse dont hold a charge

Both of the tablets we received would not work. One of them after getting through setting it up it just had a blue screen and the other one had a error code and message that part of the software was missing it corrupt. We literally took them out of the box and charged them for the full 6 hours like the booklet stated and they didnt work! Would definitely not recommend this!

It don't come on

Really wanted a tablet with windows and thought this one was a good deal. Started out a little leery as tablet arrived in only the original package and mailing bag with no additional shipping protection. Strike one. Went ahead and opened package to get started. Right away did not like the rubbery tablet cover. While I waited for it to charge up tried to find new cover and was having a hard time due to the odd size of 8.95. Strike two. Finally charged up and going through the beginning set up steps. Table froze up. Spent a few hours trying to get it to work. Tried turning it on and off etc etc with no luck. And strike three! You're out!! Sent back
