After reading the reviews I was worried it would come shattered. But it came completely fine. It comes in three boxes total but they are well protected and wrapped. the mirror was very well protected. Fedex did an amazing job during transport. It’s beautiful.

When delivered by FedEx the box was quite beat up, I was extremely concerned about opening the box to shattered mirror glass like other reviews stated, or other damaged parts. I didn't see anything significant until the setup of the last major piece, the miror. Come to find out after removing the corner Styrofoam the right lower corner had been damaged after all. After 7 hours of set up to get to this stage there was no turning back, we have to settle for the damaged corner. It is a gift to my son's girlfriend from him who is currently away at Marine Corps bootcamp, so this gift is especially important and I wanted it to be cherished in his absence. The packing should be extra in the corners and delicate parts of any order. The other small issues was the drawer separators, 4 of them were cracked, but thoes are more easily hidden. But other than that, the speakers sound great, the lights are extremely bright and over all a good item.

Honestly I love this vanity so much! it’s so perfect for getting ready in the morning and the lighting is amazing. everything that came with it was perfect like the speakers and the power outlets. I do agree that the assembly takes an extremely long time and it can be a little confusing but it was definitely worth it especially for the price

I haven’t assembled it yet so I don’t know what that’s going to be like. But just opening the package it seems every piece of wood was just thrown in there and then wrapped up as is. No sense of organization or nothing. Most of the pieces already came chipped and holes everywhere. Some pieces could of been sanded more too.

I purchased this item on Walmart.com and it was delivered on 11/20/25 completely damaged. I called Walmart.com and spoke to Jhane on 11/20/25. She told me she would have the carrier take the item back and I would be refunded. That never happened. I called back on 11/28/25 and spoke to Alex. He said that Jhane forgot to place a ticket with the carrier to pick up the item and that he would take care of it. I never received a call from the carrier and my money was never refunded. I called back on 12/8/25 and spoke to Marwan. He said that carrier pick-up was not an option (Jhane and Alex had lied to me) and that I would have to drop it off in store. I explained that the item is massive and cannot be returned in store. He said he would escalate the issue to a supervisor and that I would be contacted later. Aaron, a Walmart online supervisor, called me on 12/9/25 but I could not answer because I was at work. He left me the following voice message: "Hello, this is Aaron, one of the shift managers at Walmart.com. My, um, issue here with the escalation that I'm calling about is a damaged item that should have been refunded. I was calling you back to let you know that it has been escalated successfully and you should be seeing the money back within 2-10 days. Have a nice day." (I have a copy of this voice message). I called back 12/9/25 to speak with Aaron to ask him about picking up the item but Marylle said he was not available and I should "not worry because everything has been taken care of". I called again on 1/2/26 and spoke to a manager named Cinderella. She said that the carrier hasn’t picked it up because the previous employees did not fill out the ticket for pick up properly. She said she has fixed the issue and someone will come pick up the item. It is now 1/18/26 and I have not received my refund and the item has not been picked up. I need Walmart to refund me $230.48 and pickup their damaged item!

Upon receiving this high cost package, it was noticeable the box was beat up.When opening, not a surprise, the pieces to the vanity were literally broken!! I ordered this vanity so I can receive right before my daughter's birthday, plans to assemble it! it's so broken. I'm so disappointed now her main gift is ruined! this is a mess and now to deal with a return policy!...and wait....and now I have to find a way to close up box and return at. Near store!

I bought this item thinking I was getting a deal, I was wrong the product itself is done with cheap compressed wood. Beside this it was all damage, every where. I called Walmart to tell them, they said to put it back in the box and return it, this vanity is super heavy so I had to bring it up in pieces to my apt. And threw away the box. They said they can only give me 10% of what I paid, I’m so disappointed. One of the part that is damaged is in top near the glass and it’s so noticeable and ugly. Super disappointed

After reading reviews I decided to buy ,packaged delivered today and OF COURSE 4 items damaged 1 item is about break in half , I paid $45 for the protection plan I have been trying to resolve this ALL morning chatting ,and on the phone talking to Walmart cs and they just have me going in circles ! Item is not thru a 3rd party ,item is thru Walmart and yet the ONLY option I’m given even with my 4 yr protection plan is re-package this whole vanity carry it ,take it to Walmart ,WAIT to get the refund until it hits my bank then rebuy again .I was told the protection plan has to give a full honor ship because I bought the warranty ,Walmart rep tells me To talk to all states the Walmart warranty protection people and they tell me No talk to Walmart cs -Walmart tells me “we can send an associate to pick up at your address “ but AGAIN only a refund option is given and now there telling me my protection plan does not cover ,that it doesn’t cover “certain “ items and MY item falls in this category ! How is this even correct ??? I’m currently on hold waiting to talk to a manager ! I wish I would’ve bought this item AFTER seeing all these negative reviews ,would’ve saved me all this stress and headache I’m going thru right now ! If I’m paying for an item AND paid for the 4 year protection plan I expect my item to be replaced ! Please think twice before purchasing this item ,I hope Walmart gives me a resolution for this because this is not right ! Sooooooo disappointed and frustrated right now !

It’s cheap for a reason. First off, it’s packaged poorly. The wood pieces were moving around, causing chips in the wood at least somewhere in every piece. I’m surprised the glass and mirror didn’t come shattered. The chips were just in the most noticeable places like on the table top where the glass insert goes. Second of all, the customer service of BOAHAUS is the worst. They never respond to calls or emails. It’s been over a week and not even one reply. Now I have to repackage this 100 lb vanity back in the box and take it to a Walmart or UPS. Honestly I wouldn’t buy again not even cause it came broken but because the customer service for the brand is bad.

I was influenced to buy this after seeing it on TikTok. Unfortunately, our bulbs didn’t work. Tried them day we actually got it and when we tried again today they busted! Only one turns on. We tried everything to get them to work. I purchased the insurance so my only option was to return it [ALREADY BUILT] to get an entire new vanity [in box] or return it to get a refund. The bulbs themselves can’t be replaced despite them being shipped separate from the vanity pieces?? Total waste of time. It isn’t even good quality so opt for one on Amazon.
