Best Magnesium
Because I no longer have a thyroid I must take magnesium every day. This is chelated and does not disturb my digestion as other mag supplements do.

I've been using this to reduce muscle cramps and help me sleep at night and it has worked really well; I can tell a difference when I miss a night!

A Very Effective Magnesium Supplement
Modern farming methods make it very difficult to get the necessary amount of magnesium from food, so I've been supplementing my diet with Emerald Magnesium for over ten years. I've tried other brands, but none of them gave me the same results as Emerald.

It is the best bio-available form of Magnesium. Packaging doesn't protect the item from hear stress. Item is not to encounter temperatures over 78 degrees Fahrenheit. Walmart doesn't use insulated packaging (like the packaging used for mail order prescriptions).
