If you reas the history of the company and realize what forms of ingredients to use, and realize K2 should be taken with D3 you should notice a difference. Many people have a Vitamin D deficiency and you don't know what unless you are tested. Ask your doctor.

I've only been taking this for a few weeks and feel slightly a change. I don't feel as achy and tired. I hope this helps me feel better. my favorite about this supplement is the size. It's easier to take since it's smaller than other brand.

Small and so easy to swallow, especially considering the high value of the D3 in the capsules. (5,000 IU's. ) Also great as D3 requires K to function in your body and it is included.

I like the product I do wish it was a little less money though. I was recommend this by someone who does studies one vitamins
