I wasn't super thrilled with the texture since I prefer a harder type of gummie. These are sugary covered and soft to chew — not chewy at all but I'd imagine would get a bit sticky once they got older. If you can handle the texture being soft and sugary then it's whatever — the vitamin boost is the point of them!

You get a strong raspberry flavor at first but this is followed by an almost sour aftertaste. You take three vitamins a day, which gives you a 15 day supply per bottle.

Of all the Gummies that I tried from this brand, I think that these are my favorite and seem to work the best. Serving size is 3 gummies making this bottle only a 2 week supply. 8g of sugar and 750mg of vitamin c making these higher in sugar than vitamins. Between the 13g of carbs as well as 8g of sugar these are for sure not my first choice.
