Like most people, if you have this issue, you get Imodium. But this Equate product has the same active ingredient, and the same percentage of it. It works quickly and well, and phas no odor nor aftertaste. Why spend all those extra dollars when you can get the same results with Equate? I'm very impressed with this product, and would definitely recommend it.

This review is more aimed at the greatness of equate items which is generally good when name brand products over charge like arm %26 hammer saline spray for over $7, then wal mart drops in with the same product for $5 that was the original price of the name brand saline spray. I think equate is awesome and I feel bad for people that don't realize there name brand produces are going keep getting more expensive as long as they buy it little did they know store bands got there back.

I have many stomach issues and these help so much. I take 2 right after and I don't need to take anymore. They are very hard to get out of package but that's for the best.

Getting those tiny little pills out of the excessive foil/plastic packaging is crazy difficult. One Must use a pair of scissors and even this requires a great deal of concentration and high skills to release the 2 pill dosage recommended. It's frightfully maddening. I strongly believe that senior citizens would have great troubles navigating this rediculus exercise of simply try to obtain some relief from diarrhea.

It works just fine if you are able to get into the packaging to the medication! You have to be a criminal Mastermind to get them out of the packaging! By the time you do, hopefully it won't be too late! My advice...buy a pair of scissors too! It's the only way to get to the tablets if you don't end up crushing them in the process. Not very convenient, especially in times when you need these.

I really want the packaging a good deal of people are are describing in the reviews. I work with minatures, so with my arsenal of tiny tools, I can coax 1 pill per hour of meticulous, eye squinting balancing act, eventually having the super tiny pill fall to the ground, too small to see by the naked eye...then I start over. Great product, poor packaging.

Absolute nightmare to open. Each tablet is individually wrapped in a blister pack which REQUIRES scissors to open, and you have to cut in a very specific spot. You can't peel the paper off, there's no notch to tear the plastic from. Hope you have sharp scissors that cut perfectly at the very tip. Yeah, it's very cheap, but it is not worth having to break out a tool every single time I need to take one of these. Will not buy again. I'm going to sit down and cut open every caplet and move them into a different bottle. Equate – Walmart – why?

It works as it should. The problem is with the packaging. It's in a bubble pack. There is NO easy open, NO option for “tear here”. It was ridiculously hard to open. If you can find these in a bottle, get the bottle instead.
