Not "The Ordinary" brand
I bought this because I needed an hydroquinone free treatment/serum alternative. Niacinamide and Arbutin are okay when combined but not as effective, imoa, than licorice even on its own. I like combining the three also. I like this preparation as it doesn't have a dark appearance that seems to stain skin like regular licorice extract from healthcare/supplement section. Efficacy? I just received it about 5 days ago I can't speak on it but it does help with skin hydration and it not sticky or greasy in any way. I'd buy this again. Its stocked/shipped and sold by Walmart and its more affordable than Amazon. Win Win! Thx Walmart.
