Works well. Nozzle may be too big for some.

I like the design and shape of the bulb. I do not like the valve that let's air in on the bottom.

The nozzle takes some getting used too. It's wider than I would like. It can be smaller/thinner without losing the ability to work well.

The idea of this item is "there," but after actually trying it, I changed my opinion. (PRE-STATEMENT) I am a man. A woman using this product for front use may have a different opinion. First issue: the item is not easy to refill because of the "anti-backflow" system. The anti-backflow only protects the bulb itself. The tip is permanently glued shut at the base, so the inside of the tip cannot be directly opened or cleaned. Water or material can still enter the tip section through the four holes near the end, meaning residue may remain trapped inside the tip itself. Since the base is glued shut, there is no practical way to fully access or manually clean the inside of the tip. The only real option is repeatedly flushing more water through it, which may require several refill cycles just for cleaning. You could soak the tip in cleaning solution, but personally I do not want to deal with that. The bulb capacity is also too small for a design that may require multiple refills. Ironically, the anti-backflow feature is what attracted me to this product, but it actually makes refilling more difficult. With a normal bulb, you can simply place the tip back into water and refill quickly. With this design, you need to take it apart every time. Overall, cleaning and refilling takes far more effort than the actual injection, which lasts less than a second. Second issue: the tip is quite large. It is wider than my largest finger and not very comfortable to insert, especially since additional lubricant is needed each time. The four holes also seem too large, causing the water to expel too quickly for how slow and inconvenient the refill process is. Overall, I would skip this design

Purchased item and was unable to use. Insert I had to put holes in myself and water did not come out at all! Also no instructions pertaining to use and what was needed for use!

This product came without any holes in it. I wrote emails complaining and asking for either a refund or replacement to both Walmart customer service and to the seller - no response from either. 😞

Love the idea of this device, but the tip had no holes, its like the holes were never punched out. Therefore no water would come out of the end, which made the product completely useless.
