Received the correct item. Was in different packaging than pictured, like separated from a multipack. Worked for what I needed.

Initially it didn't work for ca couple of days

Packaging online shows a battery in a full package which includes expiration date of battery. Received battery in a 1x2 package without expiration date and the back says professional use only. Seems to have been cut from a multipac. Also, description says free two day shipping. I ordered it on 4/20 and received it on 4/25. Since I had ordered it for my auto key fob that wasn’t working those three extra days it took to get to me were a problem.

I recently purchased two batteries from Walmart.com, but both arrived completely dead and non-functional. They have no charged in it. I believe the items are defective. When I tried to request a refund online, the only option available was an in-store return. Unfortunately, I live in the Boston area where there are no Walmart stores nearby, and I was not given an option to return the items by mail. Could you please assist me with a return or refund through an alternative method? Thanks.
