Energizer MAX (8 pack), Double A Alkaline Batteries

I only use energizer batteries. They have always been reliable and I can depend on them lasting. Great product and not too expensive for what you get.

Switched to these Energizers after having too many things ruined by that OTHER well-known brand which corrodes terribly, sometimes while only 3 months old and still in the package! I've never seen that corrosion with Energizer.

Great to have so many batteries that can last a long while, and they're dependable. So many other batteries that might have a later expiration date, but they don't last that long in reality.

one thing is weird, i needed them for the smog detector at my house, i installed first 2 batteries and my smog detector was peeping still...when i replace the batteries to 2 others from same box, it is fix now, so i don't know? you think they area expired, old in the selves, or what? i can not return the rest 6 of them , because i ordered one 8pkg pkg

As I both Hike daily 9 1/2 miles Daily and the back half of the Hike since the time change hits past sun down. As well as I have gone back to school and sometimes and up until 2-3am working and also use Lantern type flashlights to respect others. At first I began with Energizers, but noticed in my "AAA" Batteries for my flashlights I was only getting literally Only about 16 1/2 hours out of either (3) regular Energizers or the Energizer Max. Didn't Matter. Then I had (3) "AA" Duracell" in a Luminar Outdoor Lantern Flashlight and left on, without being turned off, lasted (3) months. I chose to decide to do a fairer test and test "AAA" Energizer Batteries against "AAA" Duracell Batteries in identical new flashlights and the Energizer s lasted the same and the Duracell I could get 6-7 Hikes (I Always carry spares)!!!! I have just purchased the Best Energizer Batteries that are Specifically Designed For items and the Draw of items such as Flashlights and Lanterns. I purchased the Duracell Optimum to do a final comparison, but it is IN MY OPINION....in items worms with a LOW DRAW - such as as a Remote or Air freshener the Energizer works Perfectly Fine and will Save Money. If you have items that have a Higher Draw, such as - Flashlights, Lantern and Electronic Toys, Your Very Best Option, Although a Bit More Expensive (You get what you pay for. The cheaper the battery, the more often you will need to replace it), the Duracell Optimum is Worth Every Penny!!!

I tested these on a commercial battery analyzer, and of the dozen brands of batteries I tested there isn't a LOT of difference between any of them, but these tested the LEAST ampere hours of any AA alkaline battery I have checked so far. Considering the high price, I don't see any reason to buy these. By comparison this battery is more than twice the price of the Wal Mart "Great Value" brand, but the inexpensive Wal Mart battery delivered 8% more power than Energizer in my tests - for less than half the price. There is nothing I see that justifies the premium cost and I would not recommend these. Buy the Wal Mart brand, get as good of a product for a lot less money. Note that I have nothing to do with Wal Mart or any battery company other than being a customer, I am just a retired electronics test engineer looking to do interesting things and share (hopefully) interesting and useful information.

Purchased these batteries to have them delivered to my home but when I received them and opened the pack; white crusty stuff was at the ends of 4 bottom batteries and inside of the pack. Not sure how the shopper did not catch that! It’s very obvious white stuff is on the inside which definitely damaged half of the pack of batteries. Lucky I am receiving a refund and was able to use at least 4 of the batteries.

I should have read the reviews especially the bad ones and not just look at the high star rating. The battery package I received looked extremely old and discolored. So old the glue holding half of the plastic case the batteries sit in to the card stock is no longer sticking. And it hasn’t been torn open. Energizer batteries are good batteries but go with a different sender.

Second time in three days I did not receive this item. The delivery picture is not my home. Somebody needs to get it together. I need my credits!!!!!!!!!!!!!
