I used to buy the regular 9V batteries but stumbled upon this. I use this for the smoke detectors in the house. It’s been a couple months and I haven’t had to charge it yet
With the price of a regular 9 volt battery nowadays running about $5.00-6.00 apiece these rechargeable Energizer e2 NiMH Rechargeable Batteries are a smart investment. They pay for themselves in no time.
worth every penny.
Excellent rechargeable battery. It has a very good lifespan and holds its charge for quite a long time. It is perfect for smoke detectors and other devices that use 9V batteries. Plus, it is a more economical and eco-friendly option in the long run. I highly recommend it!
The Energizer Recharge Universal 9V battery has been a dependable option for my devices. It charges quickly, holds power well, and delivers consistent performance without overheating. I appreciate that it’s safer and more eco‑friendly than disposable batteries, and it hasn’t shown any issues with current or durability. A solid rechargeable choice for anyone who needs reliable long‑term use.
This is a great battery if you are into recharging your batteries to save money. Not the longest lasting battery but charges every time. Go with a trusted brand such as energizer or Duracell. Love this brand and its battery charger.
I have a 16 hr charger that charges aa, aaa & 9v just right I think. Only have had this battery a couple weeks - so its on its first charge in a hand held laser thermometer that normally only needs a replacement battery because the battery dies from old age. From what I've read, they seem to hold their charge in smoke detectors for over a year.. Hope for that life here. Its very low milliamps don't expect to be happy with this battery in some high drain situations.
Battery shipped was not the one on the description. It was a regular 9volt battery.
It did not hold a charge for more than two days. Tried it twice.
I did not receive this battery, I got a different one
