I love that it helps you gain weight. Ever since I had my now 3 year old little girl. I had gotten very sick. And couldn't gain weight for anything. Now with ensure my weight is definitely picking up. 3 a day. With small meals and or healthy snacking. 10/10 recommend.

Most definitely a satisfying drink for morning consumption. I prefer this over chocolate milk. It's a good change when it comes to high-protein nutrient shakes with 16 g of protein, 160 calories, and 27 vitamins and minerals. It's definitely amazing for immune support. As a nutritionist, I value good supplements, and this is definitely one of them.

Excellent product. Great taste. Especially when recovering from spine surgery or anyone needing extra protein %26 nutrients. I would have it with a meal or between meals so as not to discourage eating your meals. Only drawback is the price is $12.46 for 6 or about $41.00 for the case of 24 that's cheaper by the case.

I have no problem with Ensure 9mg but you gave me a substitute with higher milligrams against my dietary guidelines. I am a CKD patient who must exercise control of protein intake. substituting something that has double the protein in it is detrimental to my very existence!

Does not taste like milk with chocolate, just chocolate, too strong.
