Ensure Max Protein Shake, 30g Protein, Milk Chocolate, 11 fl oz, 4 Pack

I would recommend it IF you add what I do. I open it and take a quick couple swallows. You have to make room in the bottle for what you're going to add. Otherwise, it's a mess. Ok, then I add 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder (I use Toll House.) And then add 2-3 teaspoons of either granulated sugar OR Swerve (to taste). You can't tell the difference. Shake it up GOOD and DRINK WITH A STRAW. THEN it's tasty and palatable. I have to drink 3 a day so I have no choice. But they really do taste pretty good this way!

Menopause has done a real number on my midsection and these shakes fall in perfectly with my high protein diet. Super easy to drink when you're on the go or just wanna chill on the front porch and enjoy the morning. A bonus was getting the Walmart cash when I bought them. So yeah I recommend them. They're really good actually.

Let's be honest, a person can get sick of the chocolate, vanilla, strawberry options. These taste so good! They remind me of a peach shake 😋 The texture is like a chocolate milk consistency, perfect for my family of all ages. The added protein is great! My only complaint is the price point. I can't buy them frequently but they are perfect every now %26 then 🤩

I have been drinking Muscle Milk for years, but I have not been able to find it in any stores so I switched to this product. It seems relatively expensive, but the protein content as well as the lower calories benefit me when I don't necessarily eat as I should.

One star off for the high price. I only bought this because of a very generous Walmart cash back offer on two 4 packs. This is rich and creamy with a milk chocolate flavor. The millions of plastic containers that sit in our landfills forever after these single drinks is a problem. My small town offers no plastic recycling or TetraPak recycling but at least the TetraPaks can be folded flat with the cap in place to prevent insect problems. They open easily. If you really want your money's worth out of these packs, when they are almost empty, add an ounce of water and put the cap back on, then unfold the corners from the top and bottom of the pack and shake to get every last drop of expensive nutrition before throwing these away flattened with the lid on so they take up less space. I sometimes use these for dieting, skipping lunch and having this high nutrition drink instead. The use by date on my packs is 3 months in the future. Stretch that a bit by keeping this refrigerated. I had one once that was a month out dated and it caused digestive agony. These squared packs can fit in smaller packing boxes and they need less shelf space. We are never too old to be responsible for our recycling.

Yuck. I decided to try Ensure brand this time as it was offered with a nice Walmart Cash promotion. What a costly mistake! These things are NASTY. I've been drinking the Walmart brand Equate protein shakes for about five months, with great weight loss results. This is an instant when the less expensive, yet equal nutritional value Equate shakes are better than the brand name shakes. Stick with Walmart Equate Max Protein Shakes. They are the best tasting and more affordable option.

I was very disappointed with this product. I used to buy Ensure high protein milk chocolate, which was creamy and tasted like chocolate. I switched to Ensure max protein because it was higher in protein. It was watery and basically had no taste. Why is the max protein formula inferior to the high protein formula? It should be just as creamy and flavorful as the high protein formula.

The worst premade protein shake option Ive tried. Has a weird taste and an almost slimy texture to it. Can not recommend over any other option on the market. The taste and texture is so bad, using it as just a creamer replacement doesnt help it. Save your money, but a different brand.

i would not have bought this over priced version if not for a walmart cash deal that was a scam because they never gave me the walmart cash. i dont see a difference between this one and regular ensure. i wont fall for the trick of offering walmart cash again and stick to what i can fit in my budget. as my bloodwork still says im low in vitamins i cant even say these are helping much.

Be careful to Watch for supplements congealing. Ordered 2 packs from local ( devils lake ND) Walmart and were totally pudding consistency. Tasted spoiled. Regrettably one pack on the way. May call the company.
