It's good, but really expensive. I also found out that I have vitamin B6 toxicity to the supplements! I advise everyone to have their B6 levels checked and check every item that you consume. You may think its nerves, stress, anxiety %26 depression or thyroid-it could be B6 toxicity causing nerve damage! One carton of ensure and a bowl of cheerios with soy milk is over the B6 threshold!

this is a great tasting product for those who cannot have milk in there food. Ensure made a product that was nondairy but still had the flavor and essence of ensure. Not pasty and chalky; smooth, tasty and does the job I need it to do. Provide me protein and hold me over until I can eat without forcing me to go eat junk food.

I have tried a lot of nutrition drinks. Plant based and Owyn nutrition drinks are my favorite. Owyn does well For a couple of days then I start getting signs of depletion. Then I must have the ensure. Owyn has 20% of all the nutrients. Ensure had significantly more nutrients. I do like the the flaxseed in Owyn. It's anti inflammatory and soothing. The only plant based nutrition drink with more nutrients that I've found is Kate Farms brand. The regular version it's a little heavy for me. If you need a nutrition drink, always look for “nutrition drink” not protein shake bc protein shakes have nutrition but not enough to be called a nutrition drink.

Ensure plant-base nutrition and protein shake is the best over all nutrition shakes. Be sure should you find that because of it's outstanding taste you right away finished the 11 oz bottle- and you find it a little later the effect of having eaten more food because of it's high protein -drink water at the time of having discomfort of having more.

Since it is plant based it might take someone a little longer to acquire a taste for it. But saying that. It only took me a couple of days. For me the taste was fine. Not like a milk shake but not unpleasant. It is so good for you and gives you a boost in the middle of the day.Protin is also very good for you. I think most of the protein drinks are priced way to high. Depending how many you drink in a day or month you need to figure out what it will cost you. I limited myself to how many I drank in a given month to how much I was wiling to spend.

I love this flavor more than other protein drinks. It is smooth and thin, doesn't taste chalky. More like a chocolate milk than a protein shake. Wish the price was a little better but still worth it.

I poured it into another container and added flavorings. Chocolate syrup, cocoa mix, ice cream for a milk shake made for easy eating of this nondairy supplement.

Here's my honest review, I have anemia, and I am also lactose intolerant. I try to look for nutritious shakes that I can add spinach to. Now this shake I got it because it was recommended, but I had to get one non-dairy. With or without the spinach, I don't like the taste. But I know it's good for me, therefore I make my shakes and I drink it. I will try other flavors and I am an adult and I know this shake is good for me, but I don't like the flavor. I have provided photos on how I make my shake if anybody's interested, which is good for your iron. The shake is good for iron, but the flavor needs more work. I started adding cinnamon to mine. But then again everybody like certain things don't take my word for it. Try it out first you might like it.

There's others that cost less so if I want plant based I can go that direction but I am soy sensitive so I don't much plant based protein shakes only when I feel to bulky with regular protein shakes likes Dark chocolate ensure

I was just casually sipping, enjoying the flavor, and before opening it, I shook it like the directions state, but while I was drinking it the sip I took felt something come off from the bottle onto my lips looked and it was like a stringy substance of I don't even know what, what I do know though is I am not continuing a purchase on these ever again
