get an extra battery get yourself some mirrors and turn signals tail light a brighter headlight some kind of eye protection maybe a helmet this thing is fast so you're going to want something to keep you warm if you live in a cold place and on top of it all you want to be seen so you want to get them LED strips you want this thing looking like a carnival attraction if you can just bright lights and get something to lock it up with don't forget security it's a great bike I love it I'm going to get me an extra battery not cuz this one's run out or anything just seems like a good idea to have a battery or two extra in a small backpack other than that all of those things I've gotten already the thing is a dream have like 15 Keys though now LOL

Box came open during shipping, seller replaced missing parts promptly no questions asked. Excellent seller, excellent product. I can't rate battery yet as it is middle of winter here. Did try outside for half hour, seems perfect. Looking forward to lots of fishing along iowas bike trails this summer

I have never had a company put customer service in a category of human. I was treated like a person with feelings and who spent hard earned money. They spoke to me constantly until the issue was resolved. I hate people and I can say without question; “ this seller has given me reason to LOVE humans. I needed 1 real human to help me for the last two years , I got my prayer answered today.

The original display was very dim. Ms Huang sent me a new display which was much brighter. She was very helpful. John 3:3 (NKJV) Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”

I wish there would have been better instructions on assembly and how to operate this bike. It has great battery life and awesome power. My son loves it!

Great bike and easy assembly, but didn't look brand new. ​Pros: ​Performance: Very fast and fun to ride. ​Quality: Heavy, solid materials and looks beautiful. ​Assembly: Easy to build, even though the instructions are not clear. ​Cons: ​Condition: The bike seemed slightly used/pre-owned when I took it out of the box. ​Verdict: Even though it showed some signs of wear when it arrived, I still recommend it because it's a great ride.

missing fenders have to contact Chinese builder and never review replacement. no chain guard so chain pops off easy. battery isn't as long lasting as promised.

If I know before hand that the battery was just for show I would of just bought a regular bike. My two tire tube popped with in the first 2 weeks of commuting to work had to buy knew ones. With in the 3 week my wires melted together and the battery doesn't last 18 miles when it promoted to last 60 to 70 miles per full charge now I have to charge it everyday after coming back from work. Not to mention to display and the battery don't mark the same % . Not sure if I got a defective bike or they are all like that. Speed cap at 24mph.

if I could give 0 i would do not buy this e bike bought it in may 2026 here it is few months later and it just died.will not go at all.i tried to reach out to the manufacturer via e mail and only got one response from them.i told them I have a e 7 on my display screen and it would not move at all.they told me to take pics.of what.what would pics do.this bike is only 2. 5 months old bairly 100 miles on it.i dont beat my e bikes.do yourself a favor do not buy from 2rd parties.they sell u stuff and won't even stand behind their products.especially the maker of this e bike.walmart is refunding my money in full on what I paid for it.a lesson learned.do not buy from overseas from these companies. buy a e bike from local dealer on e bikes.i will now.you cant get the local bike shops to work on it.so now I have nothing but a pile of metal to throw away.atleast if you buy local if something happens not your fault with the e bike they will stand behind it and fix it.also this is the 2nd bike ive owned.the other company never stood behind their e bike either. I learned the hard way.2 e bikes getting thrown away for scrap metal now.thousands I spent. lesson learned!!!

The manual is awful. Very difficult to put things together and then there are things we don't know what they are for. No explanation of the monitor and what things mean. Very disappointing
