I usually buy my printer ink elsewhere, but the Walmart price was lower.

I think my printer is broken. It will print no black even with new ink cartridges. Dang it.

Brand new in package. Arrived fast and was well packed.

It came in a plastic sealed bag, no box, and left me wondering. It works anyway.

How much ink are we truly getting in a black cartridge? We can not see the ink levels. Seems like colors are used up fast, even when I rarely print anything with color. Why does Epson use magenta when I am printing text? Basically should be all black, no gray scale in use. I don't plan on buying a cartridge printer AGAIN!

I've used this model of cartridge numerous times without problem, but this latest one was defective. It leaked ink, smudged everything, completely useless. I cleaned the print heads, did alignments, reinstalled the driver, updated the firmware, everything you could think of. Nothing fixed it. I removed it and put the old (almost empty) cartridge back in and was able to print without any problems. I'm returning the defective one to Walmart, just wanted to give folks a heads up there's a quality issue in this current batch.

I wish I could give this a zero. I picked this up from the self pickup device. Came Home, inserted it in my printer. The printer read low black ink. I took it out shaked it, and couldn't hear a drop of ink in the cartridge. I then purchased a cartridge from Staples shook it, heard the ink, inserted it in m printer, ink was at 100% full. Took the Staples ink cartidge out put the one from Walmart back in and it read 0% again. I know this is a manufacture issue of no ink in the cartridge. Walmart not accepting it because it was inserted and the Manufacturer answer to me was to call a different number than what I called customer service. No one answered that phone none of the 3 days I called. Kept getting the run around about sending me a new one and me shipping the empty one. So bascially I am out of $20 for ink!

Defective, replaced black and cartridge as per directed and I have multiple times. Went to use black ink to print and it came out fairy doll. Cleaned letterhead and placed new cartridge back in and it states it is half full went to use it again for the second time and nothing came out. Switch to another one and it works just fine return this one
