I was Leary of order the non-labeled brand of ink. But I thought it would be well worth the time put in. It was! Works great!

Cartridges will not work with Epson firmware
The purchase was fine. Epson did a firmware update and it blocks the use of remanufactured cartridges. I contacted Epson %26 they stopped communicating with me to help me. I contacted the seller of the cartridges %26 have not received help there. Make sure your Epson printer can use remanufactured cartridges before you purchase or that you have not updated your firmware lately.

Waste of money.
Don't waste your money. Epson Printer will not recognize cartridge!! And Co will not do anything for you.

NOT FOR EPSON PRINTERS!!
Does NOT work with WF-3820 Epson printer! Unfortunately for me I threw away the box so I cannot return! Go with the real deal Epson cartfridges. It's not worth what you think you'll save!
