I've only recently started using the 8500 printer but so far it works great. The super via the app was expressly easy and detailed. I was able to to sync it to my computer easily as well. Would highly recommend that setup process. Love it so far.

Does a wicked good job printing my cannabis labels. Print quality is excellent, the black specifically is impressive compared to my previous printer, very dark and vivid.

I love this printer so far. Do not be alarmed if your first print and the ink tank seems a bit low. It sucks up some inside it's tubes or whatever. After some setup hiccups, I figured out how to get it to print out of the rear flat bed feed. The print quality so far is fantastic. Looks amazing on sticker paper I bought.

Great printer! and scanner. The liquid ink is a bit strange to handle after the cartridges. short time, you wont even notice it any more. A plastic bag is provided to carry the printer to avoid spilling the ink? Set up is very easy, almost done by itself. You need to install some drivers, its fast. The colour quality is amazing, even on plain paper. A fast, quiet photo-printer. No auto paper feed. Paper tray seems week, so far so good. A bit expensive to start with.

This printer delivers great print quality and definitely saves ink. However, it feels like it only lasts about two years before problems start appearing. My first printer stopped printing after around two years and kept showing a paper jam error even though there was no paper inside. I thoroughly cleaned it, but the issue never went away. My second printer started printing shadows after about two years as well. I cleaned the encoder strip and tried all the recommended fixes, but nothing solved the problem. At this point, I may end up buying another one, so I highly recommend purchasing the extended warranty.

Where to start. I did a lot of research on Eco tank printers. I decided on the ET8500 after reading reviews and because I wanted to be able to print photo quality pictures from home. I am very disappointed in the photo quality. The photos come out very dark compared to what the pictures look like on the camera or computer screen. I'm not sure if there is anything I can do to change the way it prints. I have it selected for the premium photo paper I am using and I have selected the best print quality and I still get very dark, not bright-vibrant pictures. The picture that does come out is very nice but looks nothing like what was on the camera screen or computer screen. Maybe someone that has had theirs longer could help me. Any feedback would gladly be appreciated. I have only had it for 4 days so it is still very new and I really want to keep it but I can't if the pictures keep turning out like they are.

Photos come out looking faded, or like mudd. I have wasted SO MUCH ink and photo paper playing with color profiles, trying to get a good print. I really do not want to go back to being under the thumb of HP. I go researching the intenet for my issue and this printer has soooo many issues. I dont need that. I just want to press print and get a nice color photo or picture.

Absolutely the worst printer I have ever worked with. The frustration trying to get it t work for printing two-sided copies are horrible for the money you pay. You actually have to manually put in the paper. Wow Epson has a long way to go for technology. The first time set up was a breeze but images on copies were blurry at best. Wasted a lot of ink just to get it to print right. Still blurry. I am going to return it. Please don't waste your money.
