It did the exact job I needed it to do! I had to return the printer from Amazon, but this printer's description and details met my expectations. I am extremely pleased with this purchase. I can make projects that I want with beautiful outcomes!

Great printer, just make sure you have the correct driver instilled on your PC or it will not do the mirror printing. So far no problems and I have printed many pages. It does not come with any program so I have been using Circuit for all of my images so far. Very happy with the quality of the print.

I love this printer. It works great and has helped me create many items for my small business. I tried an ET-2860 (something like that) prior, and had nothing but issues, but this printer does everything I need and it's easy to set up. 10 out of 10 recommend

Hi, yes, it's a very good printer. I recommend it for work. I'm just starting my sublimation business and I recommend it.

The printer is fast and easy to use. The seller is a crock of crap. Description says it comes with two sublimation mugs and 20 sublimation sheets which you do not get at all. You cannot contact anyone for missing items unless you return the whole thing. So don't expect what the description tells you.

This Printer was advertised as coming with Two Blank Mugs, Sublimation paper and High Temperature tape. None of these accessories were delivered with Printer. i tried reaching out to the company that shipped the printer but no response. Walmart should screen their vendors better.

My order did not come with accessories I purchased with this printer, it very upset setting I want to return it and order from someone else that is dependable

Our issue was not really with the printer. Though it was purchased via Walmart, it was sourced from a third-party who provided a printer that was not to be sold in the US market and subsequently could not be registered for the Epson Warranty. It was returned for a full credit, but not until spending a great deal of time both on the Phone with Epson and then Walmart customer service. Generally, products should only be purchased through authorized resellers. We had no way to know this was not the case. Walmart needs to do more due diligence before using third-party sellers via their own website.

The product could not be Registered with Epson. Because the seller is selling a product that is not from the United States, Canada or Puerto Rico. Seller wanted to register the printer using a email provided. But, $429.00 is too much money to take a chance on.

Doesn't work with Chromebook bought new computer still can't download app was finally able to download a driver that you have to download to make it work. Can't edit or resize images because the Epson smart panel app will not download. iPhone or Mobile devices are not compatible nor most computers.
