I've been using Epson products for many years and always know that I am getting quality.
Better price than most places
Printer ink is notoriously over-priced, everyone knows that. When I discovered it be obtained at Walmart for $30 less I was overjoyed.
I purchased this extra-large version of ink when I purchased the Epson WF4734. I am satisfied with the ink, but only the black comes in the extra-large size. The color ink is still standard size. It would be great if all the cartridges would come in the extra-large capacity. One more note of significance is that the online Sam's site stated that this product was not available in my local Sam's Club store and yet it was in stock.
Misrepresentation of the product in the title. I thought I was buying a 4 pack which included black cartridge and 3 colors, but I only got a 3 pack with no black cartridge. The price I paid was appropriate for a 3 pack, but now I need to buy a black cartridge. I will no longer purchase ink cartridges online from Walmart.
this item is a boxed set of four cartridges. It was packaged in a plastic envelope with no packing. Box inside envelope was crushed, likely each of the individual ink cartridges seems to be undamaged. that is not leaking, circuit chip not broken, and still vacuum sealed. The price was reduced at time of purchase, or I would have order else where. Their everyday price is higher than other vendors.
You billed my credit card in full initially, then you put a block on my card for the same amount. This was essentially a double-billing for the same item. I can maybe see this if I used a debit card for payment, but never for a credit card. As of this morning, the credit card block for the double billing has still not been lifted or refunded. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE, and this is something that Amazon NEVER does against their customers for online purchases. Also, when I attempted to inquire about this insane practice of blocking my credit card, all I could get was a chat with an AI bot. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. If you want to succeed in business, you need REAL PEOPLE that your customers can talk to rather than just chatting with an AI bot.
Hello if i could give this product 0 stars I would. this is a bootleg company that sellls bootleg bad ink. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I PAID 124.15 AND THE INK IS DRIED OUT and NO GOOD. THEY CLAIM IT'S EPSON INK I CAN ASSURE YOU THAT'S BULLJIVE. I AM HEATED to say the least. The ink doesnt show up. ive called my home phone company because i thought something was wrong wrong with my line since i couldnt get the fax line up Xfinity cleared everything and told me to contact epson. i tried all the maintenence on my own and then while i have a representative online they took me through All the steps again and they told me to wait 6 hours and try again and sent me instructions that said if it dont work then wait 12 hours and try again. the black ink dont show up on the print check ever. the yellow magneta and cyan have blank spots and missing spots. also i tried making a copy of my lease and it kept printing a blank pages. everything i do is causing blank pages to come up. this company should and need to be shut down. they know they are selling bootleg BAD ink. in the box it even come with a written plea asking you to reach out to them first and thats because they know theyre selling botched products. LIKE WHERE THE HECK WE DO THAT AT. i contacted them and theyre not even open. they close at pst. which is 2 hours early central time. so that means i have to wait for them to contact me. if this isnt an main issue why would thwy have a plea in the box because they know they have a history of doing this crap otherwise they wouldnt be sending no letters like that. i juat have this to say if this bootleg company and ink messes up my printer i am suing them and walmart too for that matter. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS... Imaging Surplus. Stay away from... This is my review until they fix it...
No where on the item listing does it say these are remanufactured. The price was less than actual Epson cartridges, and while the plastic cartridges were Epson, they were refilled, and the print color is off. If you want remanufactured cartridges, they are typically MUCH less than what I paid for these. Didn't even come in a box. I tried to save a buck and this is what I got.
As I put each color in the next color said it was out and needed changed and by the time each color did this the “new” color cartridge was out of ink. So basically paid for all the colors and they were used up before the printer loaded all of them. I'm not sure if this was an issue with the ink or printer but wasted money buying this because the printer still will not work.
