The printer is fantastic, and I am very pleased with my purchase and Delivery (on time and handled with care). An excellent value for a top notch, quality printer.
Small size fits on my desk very well. It prints very well. The only downside is the expensive ink cartridge system. Can't print many pages without having to replace the ink cartridges
I had Canon for years and wore them out with manuscripts. Was sold the same unit but was one NOT for US use/sale. Couldn't register bedcause of that, couldn't get service because I couldn't register. For 9 months I hand-wrote Canon. Zero response. I had a problem, junked it. Downsized, had trouble connecting. On-line directions useless. Sometimes print but never scan. Returned it after 8 hours' effort. Switched to H-P. It registered me 3 times, then refused to connect via name and password. Returned after 6 hours attempts. Ordered an Epson. Should have done it 2 years ago. This is the way printers should be.
Easy to use. Seems to use more ink than expected but will have to check settings.
something was wrong with the first one so they sent me another What do i do with the second one
I have had many Epson printers and this one was the most difficult for me to install on my system. Spent nine hours over two days. Connected it to my internet manually but it was not recognized on my system. Don't know why but after nine hours it finally printed from my computer. Almost tossed it out and it was too troublesome to return to Epson. Thankful it is working but not a great experience. Must have downloaded ten various applications from Epson.
I have had this printer for over 2 years, and find the print quality is not that good. Not recommended for pictures at all. The document feeder no longer works. It is slow connecting at times to the computer. Have to reconnect to wireless. Ink Cartridges have to be replaced way too often. Cost of ink in 2025 alone was $500.00. Should have bought more expensive printer and then ink would be lower per year.
Only have this printer a few months and notice that the ink is constantly drying up and have to change cartridges. Also, every document i print has missing lines or streaks that there is no ink. Really disappointed in this product.
I bought this item about 2 weeks ago and either the sensor of the ink box has issue or the printer is really bad with ink leakage. In this 2 weeks I have changes caritage twice already which this never happened to my other Epson printer which I use it for the same business purpose. I am really disappointed as it costs me a lot of money. I do not recommend this printer.
This is a piece of garbage. The printer worked fine for the first 39 days. I only printed a few pages at a time. When I needed to print over 5 pages it started blurring the lines. I took the printer back to Walmart only to be told they did accept returns because it was third party. The seller will not accept back because it is over 30 days. Guess I am out my money. Buyer beware. What a rip off.
