This HP computer is a great computer for the money. It's got a finger print reader so no hassle log ins. It's running Windows 11 so you'll get the next five years of quality update. Its light weight slim build from reusable plastic capture in the ocean. The speed is incredible and set up a breeze. The picture quality is fantastic and I would definitely recommend this computer to family and friends.

This computer is perfect for what I need in a computer. It's fast, lightweight and screen resolution is outstanding. The only thing I don't like is how Microsoft software is so proprietary; this can be an obstacle when using other browsers and mail apps, but not insurmountable. Price was excellent and HP is a good company.

My old laptop for remote work died and needed something quick. Saw this on WM on sale and ordered for same day pickup. Very easy to use, lightweight and sleak design. Not expecting to compete with high end laptops out there but for what I do at work, works perfectly.

It was so easy to set it up with my home router-----I was expecting to spend a few hours figuring things out, but it only took minutes. White symbols on grey keys with a silver background I find hard to see, maybe it is just senior vision. I am pleased overall and glad my old laptop crashed (after 10 years) and I had to get a new one and can enjoy the benefits of new innovations.

I purchased this laptop less than 6 months ago and I am already having to replace the screen! Nothing happened to the computer. Out of nowhere the screen just starts glitching. The mouse button started getting stuck within 45 days of purchase, and I have yet to get the touch screen feature to work.

I rated the product this way because the sender who sold it to me through Walmart.com (VIPOUTLET)has lied to me about my order being sent out, has denied my cancelation of the order even though it hasn't been sent yet an I still haven't received the laptop and it was supposed to arrive on February ********* an it still hasn't been sent yet. I do not trust the sender even though it wasn't walmarts fault but this sender is doing bad business

I placed an order because I needed it quickly. I was guaranteed delivery the next day. It never showed up 9 PM at night. I get an email saying it's delayed but does not have a future delivery date. I had to cancel the order and purchase from another merchant

The computer stopped working it keeps constantly rebooting while trying to use it. Window for return had passed day after computer started malfunctioning.. Had to try and return to manufacturer

Piece of crap !! It just stopped working after 8 months. I called HP Service and they're not a big help. Resolution is not good. It was cheap, and I got what I paid for !!! I'm going back to McBook, pricey but at least I know I'll be able to use it for 10 years

this laptop was bought as a Christmas gift but I wasn't made aware that it didn't work until I recently returned back from Africa. It will turn on, but the screen is dark. I even tried, letting it charged to see if that would help and that didn't help. I'm very disappointed because it's past the return time and now I'm out of money for item that doesn't work and never worked.
