Product was eazy to activate, and installation was super straight forward. I was able to install the software on my Samsung 25 , so now my phone has VPN enabled as an added security measure. Additionally, I love the added features, where software will can check links, sites, and even messages.

Even though one has to give a credit card number to McAfee for a future renewal, it was easy to cancel that renewal as was advertised. Just hope it doesn't show up in the future. But I'll be watching as usual.

So far so good with the Antivirus and Internet security. It was a great value for 19.00 for 1 year but what I did not like is that you must cancel 31 days plus before it is due to expire or you are locked in for $$$ bucks. Not thirty day notice but 31 . Humm I don't like what feels like your being tricked if you do not read the fine print

I had this product the prior year. When it was about to expire they tried to charge me 5 times the normal price. I had to buy online at Walmart. However I could not remove the old to install the new. I had to spend hours on the phone with them only to find out they knew about the issue and had to send me removal software. I believe this was a gimmick to get me to buy one of their more expensive products. I will not be using again

This McAfee Total protection package would not load onto my laptop. It said it wasn't a valid or acceptable version. It was non-refundable and you had to give it a credit card, so now I have no McAfee protection and the hassle of getting my credit card out of their system. DON'T BUY THIS!!

I recently purchased McAfee software, and after spending over three hours trying to install it, I still haven't been able to use it. I called McAfee customer service six different times and spoke to six different representatives, and not one person was able to help me fix the issue. To make matters worse, Walmart will not allow returns on this item, and McAfee also refused to refund me, even though the product is unusable. So now I'm stuck paying for a one-year subscription that I cannot even install. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I've had with any software. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Never received the order. They said I'd receive a refund of $15.93 but never received a credit on my card. I'll be calling back on Monday but I hate calling Walmart.com.

Paid for the item and never received it!!!!!! Talked to several customer service reps and they promised a replacement, etc. but never received the antivirus protection and no credit provided per their policy, Rip off! Buyer beware

I bought this, and it keeps trying to get me to add more to it online. Very frustrating! I use to buy them online. But then they have my info and credit card number and they pester the heck out of me wanting me to add on all the time!

Horrible!!!! Won't allow me to install it without agreeing to an automatic renewal. Complete waste of money. Do not use McAfee. Rip off company. Doesn't even deserve one star.
