Equate Acetaminophen Aspirin, Fever Reducer, Ibuprofen Tablets for Cold, Flu, 160 mg, Compare to Children's Tylenol®, 24 Chewable Tablets

My 5yo daughter had crowns put on and a tooth pulled, and my 11yo son had the flu at the same time. I got this Walmart brand kids Tylenol and another generic kids ibuprofen. Both my kids preferred the taste of this acetaminophen and it helped them both through about two days of pain/fever. Definitely recommend!

Works as well as major brand, maybe better. Swallowing disorder so use this regularly, use less since can take 1 or 4. MUCH too expensive seeing reg price of acetaminophen, kinda gouge for kids disolvable product with less potency. Stinks I can't swallow pills, what a price gouge for ingredients.

I absolutely love this for my grandson when he's hurt or if he has a fever. I prefer it over tulenol, motrin and other such products. Price is very reasonable %26 same ingredients, just not paying for a fancy name.

I have 1 child who hates taking liquid medicine.. I purchased the chewable tablet with little hope and to my surprise my child absolutely loves these. I will definitely be purchasing these if/when I run out.

I purchased these for my granddaughter. Have had them in the past and work wonder's for her when she comes down with a cold. She is almost four year's old so I only give her one tablet which works very well.

I absolutely love this cost-effective alternative to big brand-name Medicines. works just as well as those leading brands without the cost easy for my child to take their chewable tablets and it made administering medicine to my child. Extremely easy highly recommend.

He has an emergency room physician. This is what I buy to give my young children for fevers in pain. I could get brand named Tylenol but this is the same chemical at a lower price. I wish the chewables came in a die free version, but I have not found that in any of my local stores yet.

This works just as good as name brand childrens tylenol. so there is no need in having to buy a name brand when it works just as effective!

Works great for anything you would use Tylenol for. My son seems to like the taste, doesn't like the texture.

with 5 kiddos the price and quantity is great! we have these for in case situations and are more shelf stable than liquid
