This is a great kit with all of the necessities for home first aid. The plastic container provides for decent organization. The quality of the individual items (bandages, etc.) is great. There are a variety of sizes and also some clear bandages. Overall good kit to have around the house or car.
Got this for my home since my current one was running low on pretty much everything. It includes just about anything you may need for small first aid emergencies. Box is sturdy, it has bandages, ointments like burn heal, cuts, burn , bruises, ready to use head pad etc. I acuses the burn heal since my toddler touched a hot frying pan. I am super happy to have this in my home small medical needs and emergencies
This Equate First Aid Kit is impressive with lots of nice stuff. This has just about everything you could ever need. This 250 piece kit is very complete from antibacterial bandages and creams clear down to ice packs and Acetaminophen for pain. It even has tweezers and alcohol wipes. We've been taking this with us when we go camping and it has come in handy a few times already. My grandson hooked his finger with a fish hook so the antiseptic wipes and bandages came in handy. I burned my arm on the camp stove so the burn cream was a wonderful find in the kit. I was excited that it even had sting relief wipes. We won't go camping or hiking without this now.
I am a busy mom to 3 kids (ages 6, 8 and 17). My kids are very anctive and are always getting cuts or scraps so I figured I’d purchase a first aid kit to keep in my SUV. This kit was a bit larger than I had originally thought but has so many different first aid items in it that I have zero regrets. The case itself is about 10” long and 8” tall and has 250 assorted first aid items in it. Some of the items in this kit are bandaids of various sizes and types such as: sheer bandaids, waterproof, butterfly, and knuckle bandages (didn’t even know this was a thing). There is also different types of topicals and medicines: no aspirin tablets, alcohol prep pads, antiseptic wipes, antibiotic ointment, burn creams and sting relief wipes. Included are also an assortment of instruments such as: cotton swabs, wooden finger splints, exam gloves, instant cold packs, metal tweezers, paper tape and a first aid guide. Lastly there is an assortment of wound dressing items: sterile gauze pads in different sizes and a sterile trauma pad. All of this inside one super handy carrying case. This is one item that will stay in my SUV but also come with me and my family when we take our camping trips or our annual Florida vacations.
This Equate First Aid kit is very well stocked. It contains 250 items which include various types and sizes of bandages including butterfly and knuckle bandages. There are also medicines, which include non-aspirin, alcohol pads, antiseptic wipes, burn creams and sting relief wipes. Various size gauze pads are also in the kit. Along with the medical products, the kit also includes some instruments, like cotton tip applicators, wooden finger splints, gloves, tweezers and a First Aid guide. This all comes in a nice sturdy case with locking latches. A car or work truck must have.
Well I ended up being so so happy that we had this first aid kit! Hubby was working in the garage last week and came in the kitchen holding his hand up. He had stuck a hot knife into the fleshy part of his thumb! As I'm standing there panicking, trying to think of what to do, I remembered the first aid kit! I grabbed it and it had everything I needed to treat his cut! Antiseptic wipes, antibiotic cream, pain meds, and sooo many bandaids! It was a pretty bad cut and needed several days of treatment, but thanks to this handy first aid kit we had everything we needed! I love how its seperated into compartments to be easy to find, and has slides on the case to open and close easily.
The Equate All Purpose First Aid Kit is very usefull and convenient to have. This kit should be in everyones households due to the variety of items that are included in it. The bandages stick to the skin and stay on for a very long time. It is very easy to peel and remove the bandage. The medicine wipes are moist and have a very good amount of medication. I used the medicine wipes and they clean the skin very well. The kit case opens and closes easily and it is very secured to avoid the items from spilling. The pair of gloves stayed on my hands and did not fall off. I keep this kit inside my home in a cool place to avoid having the wipes getting dried. I love the quality, quantity and variety that is in this kit.
