Equate Beauty Cocoa Divine Conditioning Skin Lotion, 20.3 fl oz

This lotion works great for my five-year-old's sensitive skin, and it's now a favorite in our home. It moisturizes really well without feeling greasy or heavy, and keeps skin soft all day. We also love the light cocoa scent—it smells warm and clean without being overpowering, just a little extra something that makes it feel special. One of the biggest reasons we choose this lotion is that it's paraben-free, phthalate-free, and formaldehyde donor-free, which really matters to me when using it on my child. It's effective, gentle, smells wonderful, and is a great value for the size. We will absolutely keep buying this one.

I love this lotion! Yes, it may be an off-brand but it doesn't feel or smell as though! This lotion I have purchased several times becaus it's a good lotion! The price is decent for the large bottle of lotion received. The smell is definitely yummy! The lotion has a thickness which helps with hydration of skin! I would recommend this lotion to women (even men) for several obviouse reasons as mentioned. I find it annoying when purchasing an expensive lotion and it doesn't smell like the scent stated on the bottle. Or it's more like a thin water feeling lotion verses actual hydrating and thick lotion without feeling sticky afterwards! Or it's expensive and a small bottle of lotion is received! Anyway, I would recommend this lotion.

This lotion is terrible. Not only is it not moisturizing it stinks. Best way I can describe the scent is it smells like bug repellent. It did not irritate my skin but I am throwing it away because I just cant get past the smell it lingers for awhile.

Sorry to say it's a complete disappointment. Absolutely does not hydrate. No exaggeration to say it lasts less than ten minutes on the skin. I have been very satisfied with every other Equate product I've ever bought. This one is a while hot super nova of failure.

Either I got a bad batch or the formula changed. Yes the moisturizing effects are still there but the scent has changed. The bottle I received has an undertone of what reminds me of bug repellant. I had to add perfume to the bottle just to be able to use it.

This used to be my favorite body lotion, it moisturized well and was long lasting with a great scent. Recently the have changed the formula and it doesn't moisturize well anymore. Also it used to have a nice cocoa butter scent. Now it smells like insect repellent. Bring back the original formula!

I have been buying this same lotion for years now and have loved it! It's been a great lotion for my dry skin and I've really enjoyed how light it goes on and how pleasant the scent is. However, this most recent bottle has thrown me off because of the scent. It smells more like bug repellent than cocoa butter and I just can't use it. I've had to waste this whole bottle because I can't take the smell.

Equate change their formula!!!! it now has a floral center and it's giving me the worst headache. Every morning I get ready and I put on my equate lotion. It's one of the only lotions I can use because it's very mild. I have autoimmune diseases and eczema. I'm sad to say I won't be able to use this product anymore and I'm sure many many die hard customers, like myself, will no longer be using it as well. This used to be a 5 star product for me now it's not even a 1 star.

The smell has changed and it's really bad it smells like chocolate scented scratch and sniff stickers. I've been buying it for a while and now the smell is awful. The lotion is still good but I can't get past the smell. I'd rather spend more for a better smell. The last time I bought it in September 2025 and will never buy it again.

I am using this lotion for years. This used to be my favorite one compared to its price it works great. Even though it was hard to unlock the pump sometimes I still never complained but the last one I got smells HORRIBLE . I can't even use it. I hope they bring the first one back.
