Equate children's dye free pain reliever is a must have for any family with children. I keep a couple bottles on the shelf at all times.it must taste pretty good because the kids don't complain about taking it. So that's an added benefit.

Works just as well as the brand
It tastes great and kids take it without a fuss. It works just as well as the brand Tylenol. My daughter uses it for menstrual pains as well.

I actually need stock and equate children's pain reliever because my child has an immune deficiency. I buy this by the caseload. She always has a fever or needs pain relieving medication. This comes in handy and is affordable. I love that it is dye-free as well
