If you're on the fence about switching from the name brand, don't be! It's the same medicine at a much better price point. My baby is finally resting comfortably and pain-free. Good value for kids' fever and pain relief. The Great Value brand works just as well for us as the name brand, but it's more affordable and easy to keep stocked at home. My kids like the flavor too, which makes it much easier when they're not feeling well. Overall, it's been effective and I feel good about buying it again.

It's worked great for us, just as good as the brand name stuff. Probably comes off the same assembly line and gets a different label put on it. Taste is as good as medicine taste can get. Seems to work for our boy. Not a product you want to have to use, but it's good to have. Clear instructions for labeling on box, easy applicator. Grateful.

We might over look non-name-brand products; however, these work just as good. This particular product kicks in for my little one in a matter of 20 mins.

Love equate Tylenol and ibuprofen for my kids!! It is way cheaper, offered without harmful dyes and taste good. Will continue to buy this brand every time.

Great product. Don' t know why anyone would ever buy brand name when you can get this quality for the price. This is the only brand we buy for our kids. Works great. They love the taste.

At some points in the last almost 9 years Ive used it, this was anywhere between half and a quarter of the price of what name brand was. We try to keep a few bottles of fhis stocked and it makes it easier when the store has this because its signifcantly cheaper with the same result as far as I can tell. Will be purchasing more and has a few different flavors which helps with kids who have a hard time with medicine.

I've been using Walmarts's version of Tylenol and couldn't be happier. It works quickly and effectively for aches, pains, and fevers — just like the original brand. No weird taste, no issues with consistency, and the packaging is convenient and easy to store. I have absolutely no complaints and will continue buying this version. Great quality at a better price — highly recommend!

I got this for my adult self so I can control dosage more and protect my liver. I didn't look at the ingredients list or I would have at least gotten the dye free. This Equate Bubble Gum Flavored children's acetaminophen contains High Fructose Corn Syrup, Red %2340 and propylene glycol. I would never give this to a child, holy cow. And will be more careful for myself next time. Other than that it works fine and is thick and easy to measure. Of course it's really really sweet! Tastes yummy!
