Honestly I don't like the smell but you kinda get used to it. But this product is great on a budget. Although it is a Walmart brand it works just as good as name brand for less money. Great for oily skin and does control acne prone skin. Highly recommend this

Best quality for the proce at Walmart. I love equate branded stuff and this is one I've been buying for like ten years (I'm 29). The only downside to this is that the pump works 50% of the time! I still make do, not gonna waste money honey.

Decent for normal to dry skin, but does not latter for oily skin. Also, keep away from eye lids as it will dry it out. It leaves a cooling sensation and the scent will stay for a few hours. Scent isn't bad but to strong for the eye area. Bring Back Equate Oil Free Please

I've been buying this one for years. they had been out for months so when i finally saw it in stock i bought a couple of bottles. there is the same amount but the bottle is taller which is just a little too tall to fit in my cabinet.. but the bad part is the new formula. it does not lather. the smell is not the same (it's not bad but not as clean smelling as the previous. slight tingling as before but it doesn't make my skin feel cleaned. what a bummer! Will have to find something new

The formula change has completely ruined the product. It smells so horribly bad I cant bring myself to use it. Smells like chemicals..It's overwhelming. The previous scent was wonderdul though and one of the main reasons i bought it. Never again though. Yuck.

Completely changed formula and caused my skin to hive and itch. . I also wouldn't lather and smelled awful. This was a pick up order and 1/4 inch of bottle was missing. GO BACK TO THE OTHER FORMULA. I compared the ingredients from the old bottle to this crappy new one clearly changed ingredient to crap!!!

I've been purchasing and using the soap daily in the shower for my face for at least 2 years. it was a cheaper alternative to biore. I don't know what the company did recently but the consistency is now much thicker and jelly like with more translucent and it has a very heavy chemical smell. burns the skin. it feels like I'm using Straight chemicals to wash my face. absolutely disgusting. Walmart should be ashamed.

They changed the formula. Smells like petroleum. Really thick and hard to pump out of the dispenser. No longer has that deep cleaning tingling refreshing sensation. Will not buy this brand again.

I've been using this for years and loved it ,but now it smells horrible, and has a lot of grit in it. Also, the pump seems smaller and very hard to use. I will NOT be buying this Equate brand again!!

This charcoal face wash is horrible compared to the other kind. It STINKS to high heavens and doesn't provide the same fresh, clean feeling. DO NOT ORDER THIS.
