The brace is very good, and the home delivery was speedy.
The brace itself is excellent quality. However, I am a SHORT female and find the brace to be very uncomfortable for me. You offered only one size, but even so, a different size wouldn't help. The brace style just isn't right for me. Again, it is an excellent product, and I will keep it and find someone that can use it.
I like the color the style the material it fits well around my waist 5'5 in height and weight 155/170 pounds easy to wash and clean
Nice fit. Lose extra pounds it will be better Fit!
Great fit and great value
The brace is substantial and offers support to your lumbar region. I am docking a point because I had to look up videos for other brands of braces to understand how to use the Equate brace. There are photos on the box but I did not find the pictures helpful in understanding that you must pull two velcroed pieces apart to cinch the brace (the velcroed pieces appear to be all one unit). You have to velcro the larger piece then pull two flattened sections up to fully secure and tighten the brace. Calling customer service for instructions would have been a colossal waste of time. Also, this is a one size brace. It cannot possibly accommodate all the heights, weights, and silhouettes of customers. If you have extreme dimensions in one department or another it would be prudent to find a brace you can try on before purchase.
It wasn't good for me because it wasn't strong enough to support the two back surgeries I had about 4 years ago. Although it was nice and I'm sure it would work for others, it just wasn't right for me.
it was enormous and it was advertized as one size should fit
This is a terrible back brace, flimsy, and way too big for a woman with a waist! If u need one get the Mueller for a few bucks more, they are great, they work, they fit, they support. I'm surprised that EQUATE, which usually is very good, would sell such an inferior product at such a hefty price! But even if free, it wouldn't do the job, very disappointing.
I got the Equate Deluxe Adjustable Back Brace in the mail via my secondary health insurance company, hence I have waited two months contemplating whether I should complain. But, having to do simple tasks in and around the house, I absolutely need a brace that works. I dont have anyone around to do these things so I have no choice but to tackle the work on my own. When the brace arrived, I received three other items with it. The back brace I got was in an already opened box so I presume that it was a returned item they were just happy to get rid of. The problem is, it brace wont hold any tension. I have kept fiddling with it for hours trying to figure out just how the darn thing will hold tension. The brace came with the big long piece and a short 10 inch piece. After looking at the box again (no user info came with it) I think there may be a third piece thats maybe comes with it. Im just not sure though. If this is the full real product, do not waist a single dollar on it. It will NOT work no matter how long you try to get it to work. A waist of time and money. My instance was a waist of time only which is why I waited a couple months to post this. Im having to go out and pay for one without insurance this time. Mark Nelson Apex, North Carolina
