meal replacement
Decently tasting shake for a person without the need of diabetic care. I like to try different shakes that I take when I am unable due to time or moodiness to hold me in between meals.

Great product but problems with supply
This review would have been 5 stars based on product. I prefer the almost 30 day supply but it is rarely available. For such a popular item I don't understand why you are frequently OUT OF STOCK. I have been forced to buy other brands though Equate is the best.
