You can position these to fit your ears. They charge easily and work great. I was very surprised how nice they are. Even having the extra ear buds was nice for a good fit. Hope at the time I need them I can replace them. Now my husband can listen to tv without me hurting his ears from having to have the volumn on high. We use to keep our volume at 50 and now easily I can hear at 32. Quite a different. These also seem to have a nice quality to them. Glad I invested in these as they are very helpful to my hearing.

it works remarkably well the only issue I have with it is the battery doesn't last very long but I gave it five stars because it works really well I have 90% hearing loss and I can actually hear other people talking now so I'm ecstatic I just wish it lasted longer than two or three hours

Great hearing aids! These good quality hearing aids amplify sounds more and better than the $4,200 ones I purchased before. They are rechargeable and fit comfortably in my ears with the assortment of domes that were supplied. They don't come with a complicated iPhone app for adjustment or have blue tooth capability like my expensive one. These Equate hearing aids are powerful and simple to operate. On/off switch and volume adjustment. That is all I wanted, to be able to hear again.

I absolutely love these amplifiers! Sadly, they work better than hearing aids that I paid $679 for. So I bought another pair of them so I have a back up in case the battery runs out. So far it hasn't happened but you never know. These are definitely worth the $32 that they cost!

So far I love them and they work great. I have a hearing aid that I had for over 10 years that keeps having to be repaired. And these cost way less and are rechargeable.

Qmazing how clear and weii they work. I, Give this Rating because I have had Insurance pay for Professional hearing aids. Trust me, these are much better. Charing is easy. I bought two so I can hear 24/7.

Works great if only get her to wear them 90 yr old woman kind of head strong , second purchase same problem what can you do!

This charges well, carries a charge for more then 12 hours, however stops working within 90 days , I won't purchase this one again will try a different brand

too much background noise. you can cough and it makes a noise in your ear. you can stand close to a door frame and it will whistle. takes a couple hours to charge after one hour of use.

The pair of hearing aids are the worst I have ever ordered for my hearing problem. I am not a novice in the use of hearing aids. After charging them I tried one of them in my ear and nothing happened. Couldn't hear a thing. The unit itself slips off the ear and is not curved enough to stay securely behind the ear.
