Exercise is GOOD.

Keep in mind that the product is great but it is not a cure-all for dry mouth. It contains xylitol which also aids in fighting oral thrush. The taste is pleasant and it's very important to swish it around in your mouth for a considerable time. Otherwise, it won't work as well. I generally rinse for at least 30 seconds. Do not swallow. If you keep having dry mouth, consider a tongue scraper which can remove plaque on the tongue. Also, floss at least once daily. Bacteria can be associated with dry mouth so the cleaner your mouth, the likelihood will be less for dry mouth. Keep in mind that some medicines - OTC's as well as doctor-prescribed can cause dry mouth. PPI's, allergy meds - both of these types of drugs can cause dry mouth, or make it worse. Also certain foods and drinks like coffee which contains caffeine, as well as alcohol. Salty and spicy foods can also create issues related to dry mouth. Hope this helps. The product is very good.

I swear by this product. I'm on meds that keep my mouth dry. I can't stand that feeling. it makes me think I'm always thirsty. I tried regular Biotene a few years ago and fell in love with it. Then I found this. I like this size and price much better. it works just as well as Biotene. if anyone is doubting this works, trust me it does.

i have to take some medications and they way they make my mouth feel made me feel bad and it doesn't help my breath. this product give me so much relief. it is a miracle. i swsh it in my mouth a couple times a day and i go about my day feeling normal with fresh breath and no burning and I get a big bottle so i always have it

i got this for my dry mouth issue and the bottle is easy to open as you just have to "squeeze" a certain amount and and swish around. it has a peppermint taste no burning and it says not to use more than 5 times a day. i just usually end up using it before I go to bed and maybe once when I have to get up at night. it really helps

I've been using this product for about 5 years or so. After I had to have all of my teeth removed I started getting a really dry mouth. This product fixed that. Plus the price is right compared with Biotene or those other fancy kinds. I highly recommend Equate Dry mouth, mouthwash.

This is the best mouthwash that i have ever had. The taste is good, but what i really like about it, is that it doesn't burn my gums. Its more of a Oral rinse than mouthwash. its 7.00 but its a big bottle that lasts me about 2 months.

I haven't tried other dry mouth rinses, so I have nothing to compared it to, but the moisturizing effects of this rinse seem to be rather brief. If I were to try to rely on only this product when dealing with dry mouth, I would easily exceed its recommended usage.

This is NOT a decent generic version of B!0tene. This mouthwash is ...thinner for lack of a better word. It does not coat your mouth well. I use the dry mouth wash before bedtime to help me sleep thru the night. I was up within 4 hrs with my mouth already dried out
